Dr Brahmbaht is the BEST PERIOD. You will not find a better Urologist or Surgeon. I have said prior reviews his " GOD " like attitude However when you are GOOD, and can back it up HE IS GREAT. The NEGATIVE is staff from Office manager Kelly L on down needs a total overhaul. RUDE-Dismissive-Inept-Incompetent doesnt even begin to describe. PROOF ? CALL for something OTHER than an appointment and enjoy the never ending phone circling. Unbelievable how ORMC management contines to place their " Orlando Health Care" on this facility. STAFF MAKE OR BREAK YOU. In this case there is nothing pure about PUR CLINIC CLERMONT, FL. The glowing positive reviews remind me of Amazon. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dr B is the most immature Dr I have ever encountered. He did my surgery after Calixspe removed my stone and out in a stent that failed and was slipped causing a blockage. I went to the ER due to them not calling me back about pain only to get rushed into surgery with Dr B. 2 surgeries in 1 week and they didn’t believe I was in pain and in fact Dr B accused me of being a marajuana user because I had to take edibles for pain. He lied about my CT scan and said everything was good when I’m fact it’s was not I had another stone in my Ureter and my kidney. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!

Very disappointed in the care my mother received during her last visit. Orlando Health used to have a slogan : Patient First", years ago, which has gone to the wayside. She had been a patient of this office for over 2 years. During her last visit she was humiliated because of her physical handicap. The RN was unable to assist unto the exam table (which is a matter of pivoting - no lifting). She then called the nurse practitioner in the room who demanded that mother comes with her children because she did not want " her nurses to assist". RED FLAG! This is against the Disability Act! Dr. Calixte is very personable, but some nurses at her office seem inconvenienced by our visits. I question their aseptic techniques, and general understanding of Uro concepts. RN Luis was the best, he unfortunately left. I would NOT recommend this office.

I would highly recommend you look at the 1/5 reviews for PUR and think about how 1/5 for a urologist is 1000 times worse and more revealing than 1/5 for a restaurant. I told the doctor about the pain I'd been having in my muscles, and he SCHEDULED me for an invasive surgery to cut one of my nerves ... without doing any tests or even a physical exam. When I told my physical therapist about this incident, I didn't mention the name of the clinic. She said, "You went to PUR, didn't you." So this is just their methodology. Do NOT go here for anything but the most basic kinda checkup and even then - look for someone who cares about you as more than just a bundle of malfunctioning nerves.

I have now been to this clinic twice and both Dr. Brahmbhatt Iand his staff are personable, professional, and outstanding. I cannot say enough about his office and him. He is the best doctor we have seen in Florida since moving here four years ago.

I was referred to Dr B through my primary care physician. I had returned home from a visit up north when I developed a UTI and then an infection. Dr B set up a plan to correct it. First non invasive but a more invasive procedure was necessary which led to surgery. The surgery was successful and our interaction was excellent. He is a very caring and a person who puts you at ease right in the beginning. I can’t say enough about all the people I met and their sincerity towards me. I would recommend him and the staff to anyone.

Dr B and his staff did a great job for me. Dr B did a good job in surgery and we knew in advance that I could have a more difficult recovery than most. Dr B, Mary, and the PUR clinic staff worked with me and they were there for me when I needed them without fail. I don't know that you could say that about many places today. Thanks to Dr B and the PUR clinic over the last 10 months I'm good to go today.

The clinic ever, great customer service, they followed up with my emergency calls as fast as possible and I love this clinic
