Purchased a car from drive time in APRIL. The car cut off 2days of me having it and when I called drive time to let them know what was going on, they gave me the run around until the return policy expired.. which I didn’t know it was only 5days. I work so I could just take the car back right away and I explain that when I called. Thought they would just come get it off the street but NOPE THEY DIDNT. I kept calling asking for some type of help.. a better car of the same value or at least a rental until the car was fixed..NOPE THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. AFTER THE CAR SAT FOR A MONTH I JUST DECIDED TO GET IT TOWED TO A Nissan SHOP … whatever the problem was they “FIXED IT”. It drove for a week or two then cut off again… I have been going through this since April paying a car note on a car I can’t drive has been stressing me out.emotional, physical and mentally . if anyone know a lawyer I can contact please help . I WONT OUT OF THIS CAR NOTE ASAP .

My sales rep Charity was really awesome, she made me feel comfortable, did not pressure me and was gentle and kind throughout the process.
