We visited A&W Lake Cowichan today for lunch after a cold plunge in the lake. There were 13 in our group. A wonderful employee named Megan served us and she was truly an outstanding server. Several of us have worked in the hospitality industry and we were all impressed with the standard of service she provided. The food was great too. In our group we had friends from Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Island residents. We all agreed that this A&W was the best we’d been to in our travels. Well Done Lake Cowichan! We hope to be back again! Thank you! 😊

Fries were cold, couldn’t make a sweet cream root beer at 9 at night even though they are open till 10, inside closed, had to wait outside in the freezing cold for 15 min, and the guy behind complained about wait time so he got his order before us! Do better lake cowichan a&w

We stopped in after tubing a couple of days ago for fries and onion rings. Pretty easy order, right? First time everything was ok but today when we got home, we took everything out of the bag and the onion rings were burnt and disgusting. Really?? There is no way any of them would eat what they put in those bags. Hindsight! Look in the bag first, before you leave!

Can't thing of anything bad to say about this A&W location. The staff are extremely kind, the restaurant is super clean, and the food was always super fresh. The staff had a sense of humour and really went the extra mile!

Stopped in here back from our trip down island and this is by far the best A&W we've been to since we moved from Alberta! The staff working were wonderful, easy to understand and food was hot and fresh, definitely will be returning 😊 Thank you!

This location at Lake Cowichan needs some help. The staff were lacking customer service skills and some of the items listed on their menu boards were not available. The dining area was dirty as were the bathrooms.

EVERYTIME we pass through Cowichan, we always stop at this A&W. Year after year, it's been incredibly consistent. Like the only consistent A&W on the island, I swear. The staff are always friendly, the service is super fast, and the food is always fresh. For fast food, can't get any better than that! Highly recommended going to this A&W! Everyone is great here!

Awesome service and great staff, my son forgot to order a meal and the young man behind the counter kinda caught on and gave my son a drink anyway. Food was served nice and hot besides being fast. Store was well lit inside and out as well as being clean inside and out too. Definitely will stop in again if I'm up this way. Highly recommended for excellent staff and quick service. Thanks guys!!
