We were 4 people who arrived absolutely drenched after a 2 hour cycle in the rain. Everyone was so helpful getting us settled, giving us towels, coffee and a room where we could store out bikes. Laundry was available to dry our clothing. We enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to get dinner. We would definitely return.

Just stayed here for a few days and this is how I feel about the place Pros - great location - big , spacious rooms - good working ac - good price - comfy beds Cons - the place is a little on the dirty side, stains on carpets and furniture. Fan in my room was filthy, covered in dust and grim. - being so close to the main road it gets a little loud.

This place is a dump. It feels akin to staying in a temporary housing unit for unhoused people. You’ll walk in to the lobby to the smell of cigarettes and see dusty plants and a check in window that literally has plexi glass and locks. The carpets in the hallway were squishy to walk on as they were completely flooded by a broken ice machine. The rooms are outdated with stained green carpets. The sheets were clean but I wonder how often, if ever, they wash the comforter. I can’t believe they charged us $180 for one night here. Whoever owns this has obviously given up and doesn’t care.

BEWARE of critters I stayed for 1 night in Jan 2025 in a upper level room. Generally the room and bedding appeared clean. Everything worked as expected. I did encounter 5 instances of bugs roaming the kitchen, living and bathrooms (see photo). NOT IMPRESSED. I mentioned the problem while checking out and got a casual apology (not a promise to investigate or resolve).

What a deal!! If you follow my reviews, you know I'm super cheap. This place was only $99 in an area where most are over $200. It's fantastic. Full kitchen. Separate bedroom. Patio. Chill staff and welcoming atmosphere. It's not for the rich snobs, it's a gem for the working class to enjoy an affordable holiday. Do you really care if all the mugs match? They're clean! I'll definitely come again!!!

Older hotel but well kept. We stayed in one of the upstairs rooms and if you don't do stairs you might want to request lower room as they do not have elevator. Room had portable air conditioner in the bedroom so it was cool for sleeping, but only one TV with basic cable in the living room and since it was August it was rather warm in that room. They do give you a fan to use in that room, but very cheap fan that seem to drop down if moved at all or put on rotate. Overall we were happy with our stay and it was close to venue.
