We have supported little town since opening and with new ownership since the summer there has been a noticeable change in quality and service. The pizza itself and toppings are great when cooked properly, however we have had incorrect wait times and every time we order it's always an hour or 45 minutes but the pizza is ready way before and is either cold or burnt when we get home. This order from last night the pizza was ready before the pick up time, quite burnt, old crust and hardly any cheese. The service is okay but not great. When I brought up wait times in the past there was no consideration or acknowledgment. We really want to support a local business and really loved this pizza place before but have a hard time spending $30.00 plus dollars on small pizzas and getting this quality. We only ate some the pizza because we did not want our $$ to go to waste, however it was close to being inedible. I was close to bringing these pizzas back but I try and give the benefit of the doubt. I don't think we will be returning after this time. Please consider having more accurate wait times and cook times for future customers.

The chicken bites with honey garlic sauce are a favourite around here but this buffalo chicken dip pizza is delicious…rich, crispy goodness. Staff are friendly and helpful and always have a smile.

I ordered a small Greek pizza for delivery. I have a few modifications. One I had ranch and tomato sauce for the base. The pizza was piping hot and delicious. Loads of fresh toppings and cheese. One of the best pizzas I have had! The young women who took my order was very helpful. Two thumbs up to a local business.

Phone and order in wait for an hour to go pick it up and it hasn't even been topped or ready for the oven. Three strikes in your out? Update at 7:36 then response to the reply from the owner, there's no need to have a phone call it's just going to be excuses again. It's pretty clear reading the reviews that it seems you don't really have an idea on actual wait times. This was my third time trying little town pizza, I was actually surprised I had got through because usually the phone just continues to ring and ring and ring, so when someone answered I was actually kind of shocked. The male on the phone was polite and knew the menu well he seemed to take the order and give me the total promptly. Give me a wait time of 45 minutes. Knowing the history I ended up giving it a full hour 60 minutes and drove down expecting to maybe wait a couple of minutes wait, but to be told the pizzas were not even topped or ready for the oven. I was quite shocked actually. I mean you have a phone number a simple call or maybe a text to let somebody know, I'm sure I'm not the only one that would have been delayed. What I don't understand is using the excuse that it's a dinner time rush, really doesn't make any sense to me now I'm not a restaurant owner but I am a business owner and deal with public so I would imagine when you put an order in through the phone the order gets placed on a clipboard now if you give somebody a time limit for that order how can a "rush" get in front of that order. That's what I don't understand. You can feel free to reply on here. You seem to spend a lot of time replying to not so great reviews... Better time maybe spent actually in your business working with your staff supporting them to get the correct wait times and the structure required to run a successful business that should be running on an accurate timeline. To be fair I will give it another chance, but you will not have my contact number or my name or my email as I will be calling in as a regular customer. There's no point in keeping a number or information in regards to a unsatisfactory customer just so when they phone in you can make sure you go above and beyond that one time with their order, to make them happy. We will see in the future I will try to order again, and maybe that time I will actually get to try the pizza and see if it is as good as the reviews say it is.

Excellent pizza, fast delivery. Staff were very friendly on the phone and at my door delivering the pizza. Crust was perfectly cooked -- soft but golden brown. The toppings were fresh. I was surprised that the pizza dip tastes like it's made in house. Amazing! Also surprised that the chicken was REAL (not processed like most pizza places). I had The Works pizza with tomato sauce and a chicken/veg pizza with alfredo sauce as the base. I love that you can customize any pizza's sauce, and they have like 8-10 sauce choices. Yes pizza is expensive everywhere now, but it helps that my pizzas were thoughtfully prepared. Thanks for being here,, Little Town -- Lake Cowichan needs you! To the self-entitled reviewer who complained that this restaurant starts their deliveries too late, this town has only 3500 people and it's extremely challenging for food businesses to be profitable right now, anywhere in BC. We should be grateful just to have any delivery service at all. Most restaurants here don't deliver.

The food as per past experience was great. Even when they are busy you do not seam to wait long for your pizza. The staff are friendly and polite. The location is a little off the beaten track but easy to find. The store itself has a takeout and a seating area. It has a comfortable atmosphere and enjoyed eating in
