Phone
and
order
in
wait
for
an
hour
to
go
pick
it
up
and
it
hasn't
even
been
topped
or
ready
for
the
oven.
Three
strikes
in
your
out?
Update
at
7:36
then
response
to
the
reply
from
the
owner,
there's
no
need
to
have
a
phone
call
it's
just
going
to
be
excuses
again.
It's
pretty
clear
reading
the
reviews
that
it
seems
you
don't
really
have
an
idea
on
actual
wait
times.
This
was
my
third
time
trying
little
town
pizza,
I
was
actually
surprised
I
had
got
through
because
usually
the
phone
just
continues
to
ring
and
ring
and
ring,
so
when
someone
answered
I
was
actually
kind
of
shocked.
The
male
on
the
phone
was
polite
and
knew
the
menu
well
he
seemed
to
take
the
order
and
give
me
the
total
promptly.
Give
me
a
wait
time
of
45
minutes.
Knowing
the
history
I
ended
up
giving
it
a
full
hour
60
minutes
and
drove
down
expecting
to
maybe
wait
a
couple
of
minutes
wait,
but
to
be
told
the
pizzas
were
not
even
topped
or
ready
for
the
oven.
I
was
quite
shocked
actually.
I
mean
you
have
a
phone
number
a
simple
call
or
maybe
a
text
to
let
somebody
know,
I'm
sure
I'm
not
the
only
one
that
would
have
been
delayed.
What
I
don't
understand
is
using
the
excuse
that
it's
a
dinner
time
rush,
really
doesn't
make
any
sense
to
me
now
I'm
not
a
restaurant
owner
but
I
am
a
business
owner
and
deal
with
public
so
I
would
imagine
when
you
put
an
order
in
through
the
phone
the
order
gets
placed
on
a
clipboard
now
if
you
give
somebody
a
time
limit
for
that
order
how
can
a
"rush"
get
in
front
of
that
order.
That's
what
I
don't
understand.
You
can
feel
free
to
reply
on
here.
You
seem
to
spend
a
lot
of
time
replying
to
not
so
great
reviews...
Better
time
maybe
spent
actually
in
your
business
working
with
your
staff
supporting
them
to
get
the
correct
wait
times
and
the
structure
required
to
run
a
successful
business
that
should
be
running
on
an
accurate
timeline.
To
be
fair
I
will
give
it
another
chance,
but
you
will
not
have
my
contact
number
or
my
name
or
my
email
as
I
will
be
calling
in
as
a
regular
customer.
There's
no
point
in
keeping
a
number
or
information
in
regards
to
a
unsatisfactory
customer
just
so
when
they
phone
in
you
can
make
sure
you
go
above
and
beyond
that
one
time
with
their
order,
to
make
them
happy.
We
will
see
in
the
future
I
will
try
to
order
again,
and
maybe
that
time
I
will
actually
get
to
try
the
pizza
and
see
if
it
is
as
good
as
the
reviews
say
it
is.
