After
a
much
needed
(but
tiring)
bike
ride
in
the
Cowichan
area,
we
went
over
to
The
Cow
Restaurant
for
some
rewarding
calories.
Walking
in,
it
was
quiet,
and
we
were
informed
they
unfortunately
couldn't
serve
any
alcohol
since
their
system
was
being
upgraded,
but
promised
delicious
food.
So
we
stayed!
And
I
am
so
glad
we
did
🤤
I
got
the
Baja
bowl
($16),
which
comes
with
shrimp
and
guacamole
atop
crispy
delicious
hash
browns,
creamy
scrambled
eggs,
and
hollandaise
sauce.
Amazing
stuff!
It
did
get
a
bit
rich
after
about
half,
would've
been
nice
to
have
a
bit
of
acidity
like
hot
sauce
or
Kimchi
in
the
dish,
but
I
was
too
stuffed
by
then!
@added4u
got
their
special
burger
(forgot
the
name,
sorry!)
but
it
was
part
of
their
burger
month
special.
It
was
basically
a
double
BigMac,
but
healthier,
fancier,
and
so
satisfying
after
a
long
bike
ride
😁
Service
was
friendly
and
efficient,
she
checked
our
vaccine
passports
and
ID
promptly
before
we
were
allowed
to
sit
anywhere.
Spacious
and
bright
inside
with
such
amazing
food,
I'm
surprised
it's
not
more
jam
packed!
