Best experience with an urgent care office anywhere. I used the easy online appointment scheduler (you don’t need an appointment but it saved time in the waiting room.) I completed all the admitting paperwork online, including loading copies of my insurance card and ID, then waited for a text to tell me when to arrive. Once I was there I was quickly checked in and was called to be seen on time! Clinic staff caring and friendly, asked questions and listened to me and explained everything to be done. If and when I need urgent care again I won’t go anywhere else.

Staff here is amazing! Felix is great! He’s super attentive and always welcoming to all patients. He makes you feel like family if you come here often. I highly recommend coming to the New Britain AFC for all your urgent care needs.

Walking into urgent care is always a pleasant experience the secretary, Maria she’s very helpful, very attentive and makes everything very easy to understand if you want to go and get medical care or any type of test I recommend AFC urgent care in New Britain. They are very clean, very respectful and efficient.

The APRN Nicole marden is amazing! The way she cares for patient it’s exceptional. She made me feel care for and comforted me through what I was going through. And took care of my need when I came in. We need more like her!!! Love Rhandy ❤️!

The person at the desk is one of the best customer service people l have seen in years. Very helpful, comes around desk sometimes to interact with patients, fully explains what people need for school. Thank you Felix

I had an appointment at 9am, and even so I was 5 mins late they took me and the wait time was almost none. Cheri did some xrays and was willing to answer my questions. I recommended to everyone that needs quick care and PCP not available for you.
