Disgusted by the fact that I can pay for a “$150 sweeter” but denied the right to use their bathroom. Decisions like this denial of a human need are what I believe to be the foundation and death of acts of kindness that make the world go round. Shame on you brooks brothers. I pray more people and businesses stand up against these kinds of beliefs and try to be better to one another… I know I strive to do the right thing and for this reason I will take all future business elsewhere.

BEST PLACE TO GO FOR FANCY SHIRTS CAW CAW

I’ve never experienced such a shift in customer service before. My last experience here was very positive, in line with most of my Brooks Brothers experiences. I guess selling suits wasn’t nearly as important as staring at your phone.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Slightly disappointed at selection (although I'm comparing this outlet to the brooks brothers outlet in Lee Massachusetts). Traditional styles are still here, but the variety the Lee store offers exceeds this store. Also disappointed at the lack of retail store out styles not being available. This outlet had only outlet brand brooks brothers (for those of you who thrift for a good deal at the outlet, the cursive writing is retail store brand models, while "246" and block lettering is the outlet store branding). The quality of brooks brothers is still hard to beat, and always, always worth buying. Happy with the help I received!

The ladies who served us were beyond perfect. Really enjoy the service and the store.

Very helpful staff and great selection of dress clothing for men. Their sizes run small so don't feel bad when you come out 4 sizes bigger than your regular pants.

Our salesman Robert was extremely accommodating and a very knowledgeable gentleman. We highly reccomend him and Brooks Brothers for a new suit!

Best Brooks Brothers experience I have had in a long time. The staff here were just amazing, Peter and Jacob were very patient and helpful working with me for several hours to buy multiple suits. The customer service provided was second to none. Great prices and great items as always. Can’t wait to go back.

The staff here is very helpful, especially the associate Jacob, who answered all my questions on the phone and helped me find two suits for a great price. Will be back here in the future.

Wonderful selection of merchandise, great prices, and fantastic salespeople. Marion and Lynn were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and had terrific senses of humor as well. They also pointed us toward a local tailor who was able to make alterations quickly. Really nice shopping experience. We will definitely be back this winter.
