This mall is basically one big ghost town. So many of the stores are closed. There's pretty much nothing in the food court. It's sad too. I remember when this mall had stores, and it was a good place to do your Christmas shopping. The only time I would recommend coming here is Halloween time when the spirit Halloween Store is open. That store gets a 5/5 from me. Besides that avoid this mall. Go to the Mall of New Hampshire in Manchester. There are a lot more stores there.

The stores need updating and many stores change hands fast. I would like to see more stores to attract more shoppers. It is no where near as big as Manchester, being in the capital of New Hampshire I expect this huge double story mall with stores in abundance. It disappoints with this flaw. It's clean, its a nice walk :/ other then that not much else going for it. The food court is small and cramped and lacking choices! Over all; though, 1/5 stars

Jcpenney and Sephora are all i go there for because itโ€™s really the only store left!!! What the heck happened itโ€™s like the ownerโ€™s donโ€™t want any stores not sure why this place was the best in the 90โ€™s !! So sad to see it turned into a ghost town! WHY DONT YOU WANT TO BRING STORES BACK?!?! Just knock it down and build an outlet center with Kohls, Home Goods, Christmas tree shop, Carters, Old Navy, etc!!! Come on itโ€™s in the Capital of NH!!!

Very depressing mall. The food court only has 2 options; a pizza place and a breakfast cafe, I will say they were pretty decent. The food court tables are filled with elderly people playing cards and pretty much no foot traffic. Retail spaces have been abandoned throughout the entire mall except for some major chains. Really surprised this mall is still around. Would give one star but adding the extra one because the food court restaurants had some pretty good food. Steeple mall needs some serious renovations and new management, otherwise it will go exstinct sooner than later.

I hope the real estate company who owns this mall sells it to someone who cares enough to do something with it. Currently it's a half empty disgrace with no food court (2 left in process of leaving,) and no mall manager. Only 18 stores left, not counting the jumpy places or the charter school. Sad depressing place now.

It's just dead. Food court is almost completely gone, after the vape shop, BK and Dunkins left whats the point. There are too many empty stores, and not much variety. Sears is going out of business, and it would be a bad business decision for any other retail company to take over that space. Just let it die. RIP Steeplegate Mall, 1990 - 2018

Used to have a lot of nice shops. Now it's down to just a few, The Hatbox Theater, Talbot's, Chicos and All Star Pickleball need to vacate by the end of January. JCP, The Zoo and Altitude Trampoline Park will stay. The Homeless camp (population unknown) is located in the parking lot near Rt. 106.

Visited this Mall in October 2017 and was instantly transported back to 1998! The mall looked like it should have a Contempo Casuals and Wet Seal, but still had a Spencer's, JC Penny and Sears. There was about a dozen closed stores.
