I went in there specifically to get a few items for my special journey coming up to Las Vegas... I wanted a couple of classy neutral colored tops to pair with different items and I got exactly what I was looking for. I had to look twice so I almost missed the one... Very pleased with what I purchased. I would give it a five star but it was not quite to that. Fifth star but very satisfactory

The store was very neat and organized. Although no one offered to help me, I was ok with that cause I was able to peruse the store without feeling rushed. Not only was everything 50% off, I got an additional 20% plus 15% off first responder discount. Kortney W. rang me out and she was fabulous.

This is a nice store but on the small side, and you can tell that Factory is a different quality level than regular — but overall still good quality and great deals. Worth a stop!

All the things clothing wise I find them at this store everytime were on vacation here in lake george.

My husband forgot his suit for an out of town wedding so we had to get new outfit. They were very helpful and steamed the clothes to get creases out.
