    I typically avoid having my car serviced at dealerships but had a very positive experience at Kelly of Woburn thanks to Jesus and the rest of the service department. They were able to quickly diagnose an issue with my master switch, quoted a very fair price (much lower than I was quoted by another dealership) and were able to service the issue along with my brake pads and rotors that same day. The service team was courteous, efficient and eager to help. Thanks Jesus for doing an outstanding job!

    The attending service person, Jesus, was very accommodating and so helpful. He explained to me what was wrong with my Rogue and fixed it right away. Very happy customer here.

    I really love the service department here, they have been so helpful. I dented the inside of the car door from closing my seatbelt on it and someone in service told me to bring it in and they could help until I had time to call a body shop to fix it. I was so thankful because without this fix there was an alarm going off saying car door was open and all the lights in the car were on making it impossible to drive at night. Also their staff in general are great. I bought out my lease and they made the whole process seamless and were very flexible. Happy about my experience here.

    I have never been more satisfied with a service department overall in all of my years of owning a vehicle. Every person I spoke with, interacted with in person, on the phone made this experience seemless. They are true courteous professionals. Highly recommend Kelly Nissan.

    Great service. Wonderful people especially Jesus. He was very attentive and listened to my issues with my car. Fully explained all that they would check and was very patient in answering my questions. My car is running beautifully. I would definately recommend Jesus, and Kelly Nissan to my friends and family.

    I brought my vehicle in for a recall. I had 2 appointments on the same day. The first one at 10 am I made by phone and had to reschedule to 12:30 the same day. When I called to reschedule the 10AM appointment it wasn't during business hours. I then scheduled my 12:30 PM appointment online. The day of the appointment I got a call asking if I needed anything because they noticed they missed my call. Good follow up on the missed call. I was told it would take 1.5 hours to get my car back and I would receive a text when done. That's exactly what happened. Very pleasant competent personnel.

    Dan was absolutely amazing! He was quick to respond even on his day off. We were able to get in/out with car in hand in less than 24 hours. My son loved his XMAS gift. Thank you to all at Kelly Nissan!!! You made this XMAS an amazing one.

    Daniel H. was very patient with me. There was no pressure from any of the staff. I felt very comfortable and was able to take my time with a big decision. I had been to multiple dealerships and Kelly was the best by far. I am also impressed with their service department. The showroom is clean and comfortable, donuts, waters, etc. I would recommend trying Kelly before you buy anything!

    Thank you phi phi for taking the time to work on my car last minute. I scheduled an apt and unfortunately my car didn't make it to the date of my appointment and I had to bring it in sooner. I was fully prepared to not have a car for a few days but to my surprise, I dropped it off at 9 and picked it up at 4, same day! Also, I love the drop off and pick up option, that definitely saved me money and Im not a native to Boston, so it was a treat. All in all, great experience! Thank you for everyone who helped played a part!

    I didn't know what to expect, as I had been a customer of Nissan of Merrimack Valley as I lived in Tewksbury. We moved here in August and I knew my maintenance was coming up in November so I made an appointment at Kelly's in late October. My service advisor was great, took my vehicle and also reminded me that my inspection sticker was due, I was very pleased to find out that this particular dealer is a MA Inspection Station. Waiting area was very nice, even though some of the area is under construction but it was a pleasant wait for my vehicle. I'll be back again in May of next year when my leased vehicle is due for more maintenance.

    Ive purchased two cars here the experiences been good had issues but they were rectified to my satisfaction. Service is another story all the time its always a long wait. waited 3 hours for oil change and sticker. They didn't bring the car in until after an hour that's unacceptable. I understand you have lots of service being done but you need to have an express service for those. anything after 30 min to start working on car is not good. Service advisor seemed to be unresponsive when told I was in hurry to get to work. he just mumbled. prices are only good when you have coupon but otherwise expensive.

    This was my first time using a dealership for maintenance on an older, very high mileage car, and I was very happy with the experience. The people were incredibly nice, especially Jeriel who was my representative. He went above and beyond to help me and my car!     Brett was excellent! Super nice and not at all pushy or intimidating . He found me the perfect car for my baby and two dogs . He went over every step of the process with me and explained everything perfectly! . London took care of all the financing and she was great. She went over everything with me and if I didn’t understand something she explained it perfectly as well . London was really nice and helpful . They both made the experience stress free. highly recommend both of them . Everyone in the dealership was great with my son as well. Highly recommend Kelly Nissan of Woburn .

    I had a great experience working with Jim for my new Rogue. Buying a car is not an enjoyable process for me. But Jim eased my nerves and worked with me to get my payments to a price point I was comfortable with. London also talked me step by step through each document and spoke in terms I was able to understand. Jim and London were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They both made my experience at the dealership a pleasant one.

    My husband bought a car from Dan about 18 months ago and we enjoyed the experience. I knew when it was time for me to buy a new car that Dan was the guy. He’s knowledgeable and very personable. We felt that Dan was trustworthy and would steer us in the right direction. London was a sweetheart. Between the both of them, I felt very well taken care of and, more importantly, that I was being treated in an honest manner. Highly recommend both of them.

    I needed service for something another dealer messed up. Kelly Nissan had no responsibility with getting involved with this, but Alan the service manager stepped in and fixed my problem in 30 minutes. He could have sent me away but he didn't. That is why I will ALWAYS from now on be a loyal Kelly customer. Thanks to Alan.

    I went online to look for a Nissan Rogue. I saw the rogue I wanted and stopped in to the Woburn location. Dan S. provided all the info I was looking for without any pressure. He was extremely professional and helpful and I appreciated his honesty. As this was the first car I bought on my own, I was pleasantly surprised I didn’t have to deal with the usual auto salesman attitude. James in financing was also very helpful and made financing my new Rouge seem simple. Thanks to both of them for their can do attitude. Great job!

    I had a routine oil change and tire rotation which was perfect. Thank you Brianna. The great thing about bringing your car in for service is the friendly employees. Everything goes smooth and I can work remotely while I’m there. It’s just a great experience. The complementary car wash is a nice touch.

    The service was great. I made an appointment and they reviewed my needs and told me approximately when they would be done. They were done almost exactly when they said they would be. The prices were reasonable and the staff were super friendly. I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. I love that during the week I can sit at one of the work stations, so I don't have to worry about getting appointments outside of work hours. It's very convenient. I also very much appreciate the free coffee ( and free donuts on the weekends!). Fun story: My parking spot at home is under a tree with some very well fed birds and I happened to bring my car in on a day that was particularly bad. The staff were all very nice, we had a good laugh, and they were nice enough to offer to clean my car. I was very grateful.

    I had a great experience buying a pre-owned Rogue here. I absolutely LOVE the car. However what I want to highlight that is useful to others reading reviews is this: as a woman it is notoriously intimidating to go through the car buying process alone because we're often patronized, taken advantage of, etc. My experience here was the opposite of that. Brett immediately put me at ease - not just by being personable (which he is - however that is a basic quality you expect in a salesman)- but because he treated me with the utmost respect. He was a clear communicator, efficient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to give me a good experience. London took care of the financial arrangements and she was outstanding. She made me feel so comfortable. She answered every detailed question I had. She knows her stuff, she is thorough and has incredible attention to detail. You can trust her. When all was said and done, I had a crystal clear understanding of the finances, the contract, everything. Highly recommend buying here!
