    Purchased a $450 chair PLUS a $50 Extended warranty on May 10th and it had an issue 6 weeks later. STAPLES can not do anything about it told me to call the warranty people or the manufacturer. Finally...... on 17 July Staples could not fix the chair either however, Aaron the Mngr was able to help and replaced the chair. Thank you.

    Good selection and great service. Much better than the Mini-Mr.-Mc-Mob "manager" Michael at Denny's who uses physical intimidation toward customers asking questions! I think everyone in this Staples store deserves a raise.

    Purchased a laser printer from here, and although the box appeared sealed, upon setting up the printer, it soon became obvious that the printer was defective. The store doesn't care, and their policy is such that once you open the box, it's yours. Done with Staples; I will never shop here again.

    Don't buy computer from there!!! I bought a computer after the one I had for five years from Best Buys caught a virus. I went by a recommendation from the tech salesperson that the one I bought would work fine for what I do, which is mostly surfing the internet and checking email. I bought financial software, virus protection, and extended service protection. Well it took them over 5 days to transfer files. The computer starts up slow and I brought it in for them to look at, they changed a setting. The computer still runs slow on start up and going to the internet. Called and talked to a supervisor, said to bring it in and they would exchange it. Brought it in and they wanted me to purchase another computer for another $300.00 + as all the models they had are new. Took the original slow computer back and told them was NEVER going to purchase anything from there again, not even a pencil.

    Very good service, except for the one older guy at the desk. He's an interesting interaction. That's all I have to offer. No problems, ever and Evan is the best sales associate they have. He knows the business of customer service. Kudos to Evan and the person who hired him.

    It's not bad. It's the only place where you can actually talk to a human being who might actually be able to answer questions when you are looking for electronics. Clean store and customer service is pretty decent, the only real downside is that they dont have a huge selection of in-store inventory because it is a small store.

    They lost a sale today and in the future. Stood around waiting to buy a laptop and finally asked for help. Still nothing. Finally walked out. Not one shred of regard for my time or business.

    Don, your Service Tech Associate is great. I came in with two laptops, one that was dying and another brand new computer I purchased at Best Buy. Don was extremely helpful in explaining my options and in the end I bought a new Asus laptop, which I love and is very user friendly. I also had to call him and ask about a pop up advertising that came up when I was using the new laptop. Don explained what it was and exactly what to do.

    I always loved staples. I easily spend a couple thousand in there a year. Today I want to return to small things I did not have a slip for. They offered me .46 each for each item which in store is either 3.99 or 4.99. service and coupons suck in there. Sonya saltis

    I recently went in to have a new battery put in my iPhone since I had one of the phone that stopped holding a charge. They demanded by password stating it would be needed to run testing on my phone. I declined to give it to them at the advice of a security expert who felt it was not needed for anything they needed to do. I got my phone back and the battery did not last any longer than the old one. My phone died in less than an hour. I'm skeptical of the even changed it. I went to use my camera and my whole phone crashed and never worked again. I called and they said since I wouldn't give them my password to them they wouldn't help but would put another new battery in for an additional charge. 4 hours after having my battery changed I had to purchase a new phone and the salesman said my phone is the worst he had seen and we even had trouble wiping it. It worked fine other than the battery until I took it to staples. Never trust them with anything.

    WORST customer service experience I've ever had. Lost my item, unable to find it for over a week, and ultimately received an inferior product with no apologies, no culpability and ridiculous lack of internal communication. SO FRUSTRATED. Do not use print and marketing unless you've saved a digital copy of your item elsewhere.

    I have on two separate occasions left a computer to be worked on. Each time given a date it should be done by. I always allow an extra day. Each computer wasn't done. The staff said they would call when it was ready. Waited 3 more days to check on it... one still wasn't done, the other was done, but no one called me. Used the copy center to order a notary stamp and have it shipped to the store. They were to call me when it was in (7-10 business days). Quite frankly I forgot about it! When I did remember (11 days later), I called the store. Yes it's in! Can you tell me when it arrived, no I don't have that information. I guess the store is understaffed since they never have time to call customers about things they should be calling about. On another note, I have had great help on the floor and at check out. The staff that took my computers and helped with obtaining the notary stamp were great.

    I just want give a Shout-out to one of your Printing and Photo associates. I visited your store on 12/16 around 3:30 and had to wait awhile for the customer before me. When I was waited on, this young gentleman was very helpful and pleasant. I walked away with a smile and a heart full of gratitude.

    If I could leave negative stars I would. DO NOT bring your phones to them for ANY repair. I brought mine in on recommendation of Verizon for a battery replacement and they destroyed the motherboard. Ripped the screen off lost the screws. Phone isn’t useable and I may never get the data off it. Apple can’t even help me. I repeat, DO NOT BRING THINGS THERE FOR REPAIR.
