Walked in and the aromas were just amazing. I loved the arabic music playing in the background. Yousuf was very pleasant and welcoming. I had a falafel while I waited for my order (Chicken kebab dinner). The falafel was so delicious, one of the best I have ever had. The chicken kebab dinner is so flavorful and fresh. I got baklava as well, can't wait to try that later!!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly staff(it's family run). Don't be mislead by the location or appearance; the service, quality of food, and proportions completely blew my expectations away. Each wrap is about 10 inches long and stuffed abundantly. Definitely worth every penny.

Place is closed until further notice due to covid19. The google maps entry needs to reflect that.

Food was great, pricing is perfect, got our food quickly, the man working behind the counter gave each one of us (3) a falafel which was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommend. Too bad I don’t live nearby because I would be here all the time

The chicken pita pocket quickly became one of my favorite foods. Everything is freshly made to order by friendly staff. I highly recommend this place for a nice casual lunch or dinner. Usually cash only.

Hole in the wall place in this nice little town. Should surely be a hit with the University crowd. Got the chicken and falafel plates, which were quite filling, and baklava’, which seemed appropriately sweet and well flavored. The plates come with lentil rice, which tastes richer and adds a nice touch over plain rice. The chicken kabab was juicy without any stringy bits while the felafel, shaped like donuts, were crisp and fresh. All in all a reliable spot for a tasty and filling meal.

I know there are dozens of places you can go for food downtown, but this is one of the best bang for your buck spots around. Get a pits wrap with chicken, phenomenal. The people who run thr place are awesome and are doing a great job with covid precautions.

We were visiting UMass Amherst from FL. The restaurant is a bit of a hole in the wall; a very nice place with a friendly owner, and they offer all veggie options.

Wow! What delicious food and a friendly customer experience. First time customer. Love the gyros pita sandwich and chicken salad platter. Authentic, flavorful and one of best sandwiches I have had in a while. Will be back.

This is the best falafel restaurant in the world. They are so kind there. The food is beyond delicious. I highly recommend you give them a try.

The food here is fantastic. I love the falafel and the spiced pita chips are great too. I usually get a salad and they load it up with toppings. Anytime I’ve gone in to pick up food, they give a sample of something tasty. I really love this restaurant

The falafels were great (which is not easy to do) and it's a family owned business. They were extremely friendly and even offered me a free sample while I was waiting to meet a friend there. I'm definitely looking forward to going back the next time I'm in that area.

this is a halal food shop in the town, and is relatively more cheaper then other retsurents in the town. A perfect place if someone like to go to a halal food.

I was only in Amherst for a summer, but felt like I could have eaten here every day. The food is incredible - everything was super fresh and delicious. Friendly staff and atmosphere - the guy working greeted almost every customer by name when I was there one night. Quick service. 10/10

Absolutely wonderful all around! We ordered catering for about 100 people and everyone was so helpful, responsive, and accommodating. On top of the food just being so delicious, the family that owns it is so friendly and kind. I highly recommend their food, for catering and everyday eats!

I have no words to describe how amazing the chicken Caesar pita pocket. I feel as though I have a religious experience every time I eat it. Food this good should be illegal. All of you have to try the chicken Caesar pita pocket today it will change your life.

I absolutely love it here. Always good if I need to grab dinner quickly or if I want to stay in and eat there - great atmosphere. The food is consistently very good everything is always well seasoned and every time I come in I never fail to leave smiling. The service is great and everyone in there is very nice. One of my favorite places for a quick and tasty bite! Great for catering as well. The family who runs it are all wonderful people, I always leave with a smile. They also regularly feed and take care of the local houseless community. They recently added a small import grocery with Turkish and Syrian specialty goods. All around great place and delicious food!

We had an absolutely delicious lunch here - beyond generous portions at a reasonable price. A steady stream of lunchtime traffic and patrons (some regulars), and unique drink selections. We were treated to some falafel samples while we waited for our food to be prepared and the man at the counter (the proprietor?) greeted everyone with joy and kindness. 11/10 for a quick and delicious and filling meal.

Fresh is the best way to describe the food. Not many take out places can you eat a whole meal and not get that "regret" feeling from unhealthy pounds of sodium and sugar.

My only regret about graduating UMass was having to leave this place. I've had falafel in NYC and Boston, none of them come close to this. Whenever I'm craving falafel, I'm thinking about them.
