VMA Kempo Jiu Jitsu of Selden is a great place to learn martial arts. All of the instructors are qualified black belts and have an energy level beyond comparison. You feel the welcoming energy as soon as you open the doors. All of the classes have a friendly environment that pushes you to come back day after day!

Master Chris is amazing and all around a wholesome person. All my children, as well as every other kid, teen and adult I see there; all adore him. He really knows his stuff,and can read individual people(children); and able to adjust to their needs when it comes to teaching and instructing. Not only will you be versed in whichever form of martial arts you'd like to venture into, but you'll bring home a better version of yourself everything you meet 🤌

Both my son and I attend VMA. My son has gained confidence and has made many new friends. As for the adult class, the instructors will push you beyond your capabilities and give you the ultimate workout. We love it, Chris and Luke!!!

My son has been in the little dragons class for about 4 months...(he's 3) Sensae Chris has been patient and understanding with him and I see not only a difference with him in class but at home as well. He is more focused, patient and it's easier to reason with him! He's also gained a lot of confidence and isn't as shy as he used to be! He runs out of every class and says "mommy I had fun!" With a big smile! I can't express just how greatful I am for this class and Chris!

Best martial arts center on Long Island. Great for kids. Great for adults. I lost 15 pounds in a month. Learning amazing self defense techniques. Prices are affordable and classes are unlimited. Absolutely love this place. Both my son and myself train here.
