Which service should i talk about first, each one is better than the other. You name it, premium equipments , wide space to workout , creche to take care of loved ones and most hygiene gym i have ever came across. Highly recommend

If you are shopping around for a gym! Mates Gym is the place to be. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. Their gym price is very accommodating. The gym smells soo nice. Im a mum too and i don't have to stress where to leave my baby as creche takes care of them as i work out. I can't compare this gym with any other....it's the best👍. It has so much to offer....I love it😊

Mate's Gym is an excellent choice if you want to work out in a positive and upbeat environment. With an array of exercise equipment to choose from, and both an inside and outside area to grind in, Mate's gym is versatile with how you can enjoy your experience. A women only section is also available and the service from the staff is above and beyond.

I heard good things about this gym from some of the members here but they tell me different membership prices. How much is it to join and any promos happening at the moment?

3rd day in and I dont think I'd go anywhere else! The people are great 😍 best part about it, you can even bring your kids! For the Mamas out there who wanna look good and all but don't have a sitter, easy take them to the gym with you (become a member first of course 😂). Anyways in all honesty, they cater to all even the first timers who have never stepped foot in a gym before 🙋‍♀️👀

Mates is of course a well organised gym for both male and female. I just love the Bollywood dance and the Zumba class as it’s a very fun way of working out. Especially the staff hare are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this gym.

I tried their gym and was assisted by this handsome guy who assessed me and gave insight to my current body health status. I love their female only area. I registered with this gym because of it. I get to wear cute workout clothes and won't be anxious of getting catcalled or harassed. I also saw the dancing studio, I'm too shy to ask now but after a few sessions, I'll ask and register myself to the Bollywood dance zumba. I'm not sure what it was called but as a Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor fan (so handsome), I get excited to see that they also offer those here. I'm not sure if any gyms has this but their services and programs are so fun and enjoyable. I'm loving my stay so far.

It feels great to know that this gym has a female training area. Where I could freely do my daily exercise. I love the way they give attention to the women's privacy.

Great cardio section, and female only training area for those who like their privacy. The staff is very nice too, they answer most of my questions since I'm new. Signed up with Kia, she's nice.

Had my first consult today with Aggam, very nice and professional. They have a children's area while you work out for specific times of the day. Gym is very clean and have a private section for women. Overall just by viewing is better than other gyms I have been. Convenient location with alot of parking space near by. Your key to enter is by your phone so you never lose your access key. Definately a more modern gym with staff ready to help anywhere they can!

Highly recommended, Mates Gym. I signed last 2 months ago for the 10 weeks challenge and it gave me a great body shape. I'm so satisfied with my outcome and do love how they motivate you to reach your goal. Clean gym, great quality of equipment. Would come back for the Bollywood dances next. Very unique.

They always deduct payment on my bank account though I already told them that I cancelled my policy. Beforehand, I already declared that I'll just do my workout wirh them temporarily since I'm going to transfer suburb after a month :( No positive response from them.

Mates gym is definitely the best place to workout in the area, after going to a number of different places I finally joined Mates gym and by far my experience has been nothing less than amazing. Starting from the front desk staff members who are incredible and very personable to the trainers who are knowledgeable and encouraging and my special shout out to Aggam who is extremely supportive as a trainer and makes sure the workouts are designed to get us out of our comfort zones and the end results gives us a feeling of accomplishment. Stars are definitely not enough to rate the positive aura of the place and it is because of this atmosphere we guys end up giving our best shots everytime we hit the gym. ✌️

Highly recommend Mates gym. I signed on for a 10 week challenge, and it's been a very positive experience. Great team led by Aggam and Deep. I've been well supported by trainers Nathan and Virender. Clean gym, very good quality equipment. Great mix of people everyone welcome.

Been a member here for a few months now & all I have experienced is dirty tissues left all over the floor & equipment , juice bottles left on the floor , gym equipment left all over the place , dirty bathrooms ect . Multiple times have witnessed other members tail gate their friends in for a week in a row before agam approached them . Supposed to have cleaners here . They need to do a better job . Apart from that it’s a good gym .
