Lived here 5 years. New owners every year it seemed. THE FRONT OFFICE ILLEGALLY TAKES YOUR MAIL OUT OF YOUR MAILBOXES. Lots of crime, my vehicle was broken into along with multiple others, front office refused to cooperate and give police any security footage. USPS no longer delivers packages, because the drop boxes are all being broken into and the front office refuses to cooperate with the postal service to hold packages. Maintenance, you call and it takes them anywhere from 3 days up to a week to respond, and thats because they are busy putting bandaids all over the complex. All the appliances are old, falling apart, and need major upgrading. My apartment flooded on multiple occasions from just the rain, because they dont regularly clean the gutters. They no longer do any pressure washing of the buildings, so the screen on the patio got FILTHY with pollen, so much so that I couldn't see out of it to the pond (lakefront they charge extra for "the view"). The front office also doesn't honor LEASING AGGREEMENTS! BOTH POOLS have been closed by the HEALTH DEPARTMENT multiple times due to PUBLIC HEALTH CONCERN. They also jacked up my rent $600+ on a 2 week notice, how nice of them. Nothing but issues with the front office and new management. The girls in the front office act like they dont care about being there, always on their phones, and never make appointments on time. Usually an hour or so late, don't expect quality services here. As stated, the front office refuses to work with anyone and if you complain they'll refuse your lease renewal and remove you from the property. It happened to a few neighbors while I was there. This place is SHADY and I wouldn't trust any positive reviews.

Lived here once before, applying was smooth. Came back after new management, requiring 3 times the rent and only original forms. Also asked to have 4 times the rent for year if savings only ( original docs of course). Leasing agent was sick on Monday, manager said 4 times rent, Anna said 3 times rent, 1 week later app was still not approved, i was glad decided not worth time, to be disrespected,and never saw income verification list after asking to see who was wrong, Had to call and keep checking on progress, Leasing agent Jessica was arrogant and degrading, treated like i was out for free rent or something. Withdrew application, big waste of time. Applied down the road, had approval in 1 hour! For this moldy filthy place i was glad i didnt go through with it. Trashiest apts in town, not sure why so arrogant, id be ashamed. ***In response to “Pebble Creeks reply” posting on the BBB, is proof this was not an isolated application review!***

I have lived at Pebble Creek Lake Mary since I was 18 years old, I am now 32. Have signed 18 month extensions every time my lease renewal was coming, so while there was an increase it was always spaced out and manageable. This year upon my renewal I was informed my rent would be going up by a THOUSAND dollars. No loyalty, no compassion, or empathy. Was told it is what it is. The folks running this place have no clue what they’re doing. Emailed the property manager and assistant property manager to be told lies or be given the runaround many times in the final months of my tenure. The only person there with a brain is the front office staff member Anna. I loved living in pebble creek, as it was my home for 14 or so years, but they’re raising rent to 2023 prices with apartment that haven’t been remodeled since the early 2000’s is embarrassing and a slap in the face. Highly unrecommended.

I bought a home out of state and was told that my move out date would be honored due to a clause that was grandfathered in my lease before they changed the policy although it was less than 60 days that I would only have to pay the 4 days prorated during my move, upon moving they charged me for all new appliances that were less than a year old and did not honor the move out agreement, not only did I lose my deposit but they have said that I did not tell you that your clause would be honored so I’ve lost hundreds of dollars ! Please be careful I lived there for 5 years and had multiple problems such as a collapsed ceiling twice in my kitchen that they took weeks to fix, as well as other major health issues. This is not what the website describes the hot tub never worked, the pool was literally shut down for a year from the health department! I was told unfortunately there’s miscommunication in the office so you’re not getting your deposit you owe us money! If I could give a 0 for this community I certainly would

Loving my experience so far as a resident of Pebble Creek! They have events twice a month that allow residents to build community and are quick with maintenance requests.

Ever since i contacted Pebble Creek at Lake Mary apts. its been nothing but the best experience. From the community to the staff… Everyone is friendly and the community is clean. They always have something happening to bring the community together. I definitely recommend. family friendly 10+

I love Apartment Life at Pebble Creek! They are always hosting family friendly events and make sure residents are taken care of! Alexia and Dan are great! Update: So I actually like living here. I will just say everyone’s experience is different. I haven’t had any major problems since living here and this is my second year. And it is fairly priced. They do have amenities that are appreciated. I would definitely recommend living here.

Been here for the past year and absolutely love the area and the staff as well. Vanessa has been such a great help from the beginning and made my move extremely comfortable. Very easy to get in maintained or pest control if I ever need it. Plan on being here a while :)

I want to give a big compliment to Mike in Maintenance. Mike is amazing! Over the weekend, my smoke alarm became defective in the middle of the night. I reported the smoke alarm issue that morning. Mike responded in an expedited manner and replaced the old smoke alarm with a new smoke alarm. Thank you Mike. I really appreciate you. You are a real asset to Maintenance, Management, and the Residents at Pebble Creek Apartments.

I had shipped some gifts to an old address for my niece. Kathy and another staff member were so great in getting those items recovered and shipped out to the correct address with the labels I provided them. Thank you again for all your help!!
