Shanna is incredibly rude and talks negatively about customers within earshot while they are getting their haircut. Because you fail to pay attention to your job, that does not become the customer's responsibility or problem. While I'm happy with my stylist and her treatment and cut, I would not go back because of Shanna's poor and extremely condescending treatment.

We walked in. Quick service, no waiting time. There is plenty of free parking lot. Rose took care of us, and she was super fast and did an amazing job. She just got what we asked for. Good service

They did an amazing job on my hair and gave suggestions to help keep it healthy (but not in an annoying sales pitch kind of way) and very reasonable prices Did an PHENOMENAL job with some fun colors in my hair and got the cutestbhair style I've had in forever. Maddie and Rachel were so cheerful and just made it a great experience overall

(Male/short hairstyle/been awhile since my last haircut) My visit was great, stepped in for a call ahead/walk-in appointment on the fly, and was promptly taken care of. This was a late morning timeframe, and the building was clean and ready. I was taken to my seat promptly, had good conversation with Addie, my stylist. I walked away with a haircut I was quite happy with. I had asked her to make a small adjustment before getting up from my chair, and she handled my request awesomely and my hair finished looking great. Giant recommendation from me to visit this hair salon!

I walked in for a haircut. I had Shanna help me, she was very kind and followed exactly what I wanted. She checked with me twice to make sure the length was where I wanted it and was very gentle with my hair. I was hesitant based on other reviews but I'm very happy with her service and will definitely go back.

I did balayage with Addie! She is wonderful. My hair is very sensitive and she treated them very well. I had a different idea for my hair color when I went there the first time. But I’m so happy that I asked her opinion and we went through series of hair colorings with what she suggested. MY HAIR LOOKED AMAZING!
