OMG Josie is the BEST ! I swear she is a Gift from God she is so amazing ! Albert is the Man ! Andrew is awesome ! I swear the best people in the store ! Josie is the Greatest ! It saddens me to write this. I have been hunting for deals at these stores for almost 15 years, but never again. I put something on layaway as I have done numerous times in the past. But this time I decided to go another route, so I returned to the store to release the item. Usually, in years past, this isn't an issue. I show ID and get a refund/store credit that I can use anytime in the future. Not anymore. They will now keep 10% of the total value of the item ($750 in this case) and give you a store credit that is only good for 6 months. The employees seemed to find joy in my frustration. I made a phone call to another location and received the same treatment. This place was once a bargain hunters paradise, but sadly, it's now just another predatory pawn shop. I would suggest utilizing other avenues for buy/sell/trade like Facebook Marketplace or your neighborhood app. Do not give these guys anything!

The cleanest pawnshop I've ever been to! Great collection of well sought after items - not just a large junk store. Manager or store rep was very pleasant and allowed us to look around without making us feel like criminals. Ended up purchasing a good mountain bike!

Usually I don't shop at pawn shops, prices are to high and items are old and really used. Saw this little giant ladder thought I'd take a look. The shop was clean as were the items.the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Josie. Enjoyed my experience and would shop there again. By the way also enjoyed my new ladder.

I am so impressed with the informative personnel, both Bob and Cole were very helpful in showing us the variety of like new laptops and electronics. I found exactly what I went in for and the prices are amazing! I highly recommend you check out All that Glitters before shopping anywhere else. This place is amazing! Just picked up my electric scooter! Albert Y was nice enough to hold the scooter for us since we drove 1.5 hours away! Andrew B was super helpful in letting us test the scooter before we bought it! The process was easy! Never bought from a pawn shop, but I will be back to this location for sure! This is a very nice place to do business. It's extremely clean, especially if you've been to other pawn shops. The staff is nice and helpful. Shawna helped me today with looking at tablets and she was really sweet and helpful. I would definitely shop here again.

I came in hopeless and a little desperate. Needed money for groceries and gas and they helped me to the max. Very friendly. Albert helped me and gave me options. Very appreciative of his customer service. Definitely would come here if needs arised again.

Ive gone to this shop for years the employees have always been great. Shawna and Josie the managers are great at their jobs. I have grown to be weary of pawn shops but this shop itself is so trustworthy. They give great recommendations on rings and help find the right design and you're able to get it sized at the store. Theyre great with electronics and guns and if they dont know something theyre not ashamed to look something up for you.

I visited All That Glitters pawn shop recently and was disappointed to discover that they sell fake Fender guitars. It's concerning that this crucial information wasn't disclosed during the purchase process. Honest communication is crucial in such transactions.

Very clean and nice looking. But I definitely would not recommend going here to sell or buy any pistols or rifles. Their guns are way over priced and they offer less than half to buy any guns from you. There's an awesome gun shop down the street. The lady there was very snipity

Bought an Argentine Mauser from here, good prices all around very happy with it. Staff are great and the gentleman who helped me with the firearms was cool and helpful. Would go back in the future.

Do not buy or layaway firearms they clearly do not have the firearms in a safe. I put a nice s&w handgun in layaway and they got alot of there guns stolen including the one i was paying and waiting for a backround check. This is the milwaukie location. Also i went in after making this review and younger woman that helped get my refund practically tossed the money at me causr i made this review she is a snooty individule buy beware! Go else where!!

I always have a great experience at all that glitters! They have such a unique selection of jewelry to choose from! It’s always polished and well displayed. The staff are happy to help you, even if you try on 20 rings! Haha. Most recently worked with Josie, such a nice associate and super helpful! And the prices are great too!

After being a victim of a crime and in trying to find my items, they won’t tell you over the phone if anyone had tried pawning mg stuff. Even if they didn’t take it they can’t even provide details if someone attempted to sell the items to them. How disappointing
