Stumbled across this little gem near Bridgeport Village. Quiet nice part of town, great breakfast and coffee. Fast and not crowded. If you are looking for a great breakfast stop, this is a great choice!

We were looking for a breakfast spot near our place and this popped up on Yelp and it didn’t disappoint! We arrived around 10am on a Sunday and the place was packed but we only had a short wait before a table was freed up. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. This place is cafe style so you order everything at the counter and then they bring it out to your table. Loved that we could get espresso while we waited in their comfy chairs. The food was also delicious and well priced. I got the veggie scramble which came with roasted potatoes, some even purple! I never knew there were purple potatoes so I though it it was really cool and they tasted just as delicious. My husband got the breakfast wrap which basically had everything I got in a wrap and was also so flavorful. I would highly recommend checking this place out for breakfast, brunch and coffee. Love supporting small businesses like these!

Have picked up from here fairly often and have been meaning to try it out. Finally got the opportunity and was not disappointed. I had the Irish Goodbye and the Turkey + Cranberry sandwich with the salad and balsamic vinaigrette. My friend had the Carmel Macchiato and a pastry. It was all absolutely delicious and I enjoyed the kick of the Irish Goodbye. My friend said her drink was the smoothest Macchiato she had ever had: not even a hint of bitterness. Wish I had gotten a picture of my plate of food, but was too busy wolfing it down. Finally snapped a photo of my leftover half of the sandwich before I ate the rest of it later. This place is fantastic and the customer service is top notch. Thank you for an overall wonderful experience! 😄

My favorite work lunch place to go! Croissant sandwich is so good! Buttery crispy croissant with bacon, avocado, cheddar cheese, ham and eggs. Such a perfect combination! The Spanish Style Burrito is also delicious. They have the best scones. I recommend the blueberry scone.

Wow wow wow. Great spot. Pumpkin coffee was amazing. All the food was so good. All that for about $50 so not to bad on price. Great spot if in the area.

This place is so lovely. The employees are wonderful and the coffees are so delicious and well made. I have only tried their biscuit and gravy meal, but it's really good and I am extremely picky, so I do not say that lightly. I am going to make it a point to come here more often because it has been consistently great each time I have visited.

I am so happy to have discovered this wonderful Cafe close to BridgePort Mall! Our meal was delicious! I indulged and had an egg nog latte with the peach and blueberry scone we shared. Both of our dishes were delicious and the ingredients were really fresh! We ordered at the counter and our meal was delivered quite fast! I will definitely return and try other menu options.

Met a friend here for breakfast. We both got the veggie scramble. It was delicious 😋 Everyone was super friendly and attentive. The menu looks amazing and I can't wait to come back and try something off their lunch menu!

First time here, was really looking forward to trying it out, I sit at an outside table over 30 minutes before closing (2:30), and an employee comes out and says sorry I need to take the table away. No explanation. I waited a moment and asked, "...so, what time do you close? "Oh, we're having a team meeting today, so we're closing early." so, is your coffee machine off can I at least get a coffee? "Sorry, no."... 😒

I’ve given this place a half a dozen chances (maybe more) before finally concluding that it’s just not as good as I wish it was. (Service and food). The service is a definite turnoff. For example, I ordered a croissant sandwich to go this morning that had bacon and ham as listed ingredients. I asked for no ham and just slightly more bacon instead. I didn’t want a side order of extra bacon clearly, but was charged as such (there wasn’t even that much extra bacon on the sandwich anyway). Some of the waitstaff, both in person and for to-go orders, have a rude edge to them; they’re edgy when it would take the same amount of energy to be pleasant. Overall it seems like the employees tend to be slightly disgruntled as compared to other local dining. The food is okay, not amazing. Some items seem cooked by untrained chefs and lack flavor. Their fresh fruit today, to be fair, was good and so was the French toast. On the other hand, the eggs and toast were below average in flavor and apparent freshness. Overall it seems like this restaurant could benefit from seeing things through the customer’s eyes for a change. It’s in a great location, so business would be great if the above comments were addressed.

Breakfast was great! Sweet little neighborhood spot, clean, super friendly staff. We ordered more than we could eat, lol. Will be back :)

Great place to meet up with friends. A bit noisy inside but fantastic at an outside table. Good coffee, really nice jasmine iced tea, and tasty muffins & scones. They serve breakfast & lunch sandwiches as well, but we didn’t partake. Friendly staff kept checking on us. Wonderful place.

Found this little gem on my way to Tualatin and I’m glad I stopped by. Not your typical breakfast menu and that’s ok, sometimes a break from the norm can be a good thing! I ordered breakfast for this review, but some of the items on the lunch menu made me want to plan my next trip. Just a note: you order at the counter and receive an assigned table. No problem. Also, this is a breakfast & lunch spot so they close in the early afternoon. So, if you’re ever in or around the area stop on by. Food✅Service✅Atmosphere✅. Mahalo Lugano Cafe & Catering!🤙🏽

First time here and experience exceeded my expectations. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The cafe was very clean and maintained. I ordered the Veggie Scramble and my boyfriend ordered the European Fried Rice. Both were amazing. The coffee was incredible. We got the French Toast Latte and Almond Joy Latte. Both were well balanced and not too sweet! The owner, John, was training new employees and everyone still remained friendly and attentive even though they were very busy. This may just be our new regular place! Absolutely loved it.

Lugano Cafe is one of those places that you think of whenever you wake up on a Sunday morning thinking of where to have a great breakfast experience. My only regret in giving this review is I will undoubtedly be increasing the amount of patrons that visit this fine establishment. Increasing my wait time to get a table quickly.

My partner and I try to come here almost every weekend for brunch! The staff is kind, the drinks are good, the food is delicious, and they usually can get you seated without a long wait time. I always order the European Rice because I save some for leftovers and love having it for lunch at work the next day. There are days wherein we order the rice in addition to both of us each getting different breakfast items that we haven’t tried yet. This past week, we got the bacon gouda scramble and my partner got the waffles this weekend (pictured). Still loved it, but definitely ordered a European Rice to go!
