Be sure to verify coverage with your insurance company. I was told they were in-network by their scheduling person, and now despite having dual coverage for my daughter - we have a surprise bill for $350 on the credit card they claimed would be used for any co-pay. No notification, just numerous random charges to our card without so much as an explanation.

I need a medical test on short notice, and ZoomCare came through. I scheduled an appointment online and visited them the following day. The front desk and the nurse were very professional. I received my results online within twenty-four hours. I would go back.

Went in for a tonsil issue that had been bothering me for a few days. Was in and out in less than 20 mins. Despite the quick appointment I had all my concerns addressed and was given an oral steroid to minimize swelling. This morning my tonsils are back to normal size and feel almost back to 100%. Will be coming to zoomcare for all of my medical needs moving foward.

Excellent prompt service! My husband had a gout attack while riding his truck, and we had to search for a last minute clinic to get his pain medicine, which he had forgotten at home. He was attended almost immediately with no appointment, and was given the pain medicine right away.

Injured my knee while here on vacation and staying at the nearby RV Park. The entire staff of Zoom+Care couldn’t have been nicer and more attentive. I was seen almost immediately, the Physicians Assistant on duty was thorough and knowledgeable. The young woman at reception was very efficient and kind. I am scheduled for a follow up appointment with Orthopedics and imaging. Went home with after care instructions and a prescription. Would highly recommend Zoom+Care to anyone in the same situation.

If I can give them a zero will much accurate rating. They changed my appointment without letting me know. They have all my contact they should of called at least.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who took the time to hear and address all of my concerns. I was thoroughly cared for and highly recommend their care for your medical needs, including urgent care/illness, primary care, and mental health.

I walked in with the thought of making an appointment for a later date, for my yearly exam and was able to actually do it within 15 minutes of walking in. I needed my blood drawn and the lady who initially helped me was also the person for the job, not always available, so even better. And I was able to see the same doctor I had seen in years gone by so even more comfortable. Great experience

Fraudulent!! Be sure that they verify your insurance BEFORE your appointment. I got there and was told they couldn’t verify my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. When I told them I would wait, I was told I wouldn’t be charged. Well then they magically verified my insurance and charged $360. I called and “Katie” said I was charged for an appointment on another date ( I only had one appointment), I let her know that was incorrect. So basically this company was trying to charge for another appointment. It’s a mess! Be aware of medical facilities that ask for your Credit/debit card info to be on file before they ever see you!

Not sure why they are called zoom care… appointment only. Wouldn’t see my daughter with a broken arm crying. Really don’t see the point in being called zoom if you have to make an appointment. However providence was much better, she assisted me immediately.

I was turned down for a sports physical because I had medicaid. Even if you are paying cash for a visit, if they find out you have medicaid they will turn you down. The receptionist was at least understanding of my frustration as he was showing me the door. They referred me to Providence IC instead, and ironically sports physicals are not covered by medicaid. I didn’t meet the qualifications to have my physical done at Providence. However, since I was super respectful, paying cash, and came with my own paperwork to fill out, they decided to have it done at their discretion. It seems Zoomcare could’ve done the same thing (especially since I’m paying out of pocket), and they just didn’t want to do the work.
