Felt like something super fast and simple for dinner last night, so I ordered a Jersey Mike’s Italian sub through Door Dash. I received my sandwich fairly quickly, and they got my substitutions correct, so I appreciated that. But the sandwich itself was just so-so. Not bad, but not amazing. Would I eat it again? Sure. But would I go out of my way to go there or order delivery again in the future? Probably not.

I am a GrubHub driver and received an order to deliver 110 items from jersey mikes. Normally this would be considered catering but somehow it went through as a regular order and they were only given 10 minutes notice from my pickup time. I don’t know how, but this team managed to make 40 sandwiches as well as package 70 other items in under 30 minutes while also fulfilling in store and additional mobile orders! I’ve honestly never been so impressed with the staff in any restaurant I’ve either delivered from or personally patronized. Not only did they work so quickly, but I didn’t hear a single comment of frustration or stress from anyone, and they even helped me load my car! To everyone working on Friday 9/29/2023 around 5-5:30 pm - you are all amazing!!! I hope you receive recognition for how you handled that because I was in awe! Thank you so much!

My favorite place to get a subway sandwich, it is delicious. It’s nice and fresh ingredients inside the sandwich! I always get number 3 ham and provolone. It’s absolutely amazing! 5/5!

I can't get enough of this place! Gentleman that made my sub was cordial and quick, even though I was the only customer in the store. I appreciated the service I received and will definitely return!

Excellent Philly cheese steaks (and chicken Philly). Only complaint is that if it's busy it can take some time if you want anything off the grill. Additionally, they may want to change up their in-store music playlist. I don't generally expect to be hearing Mexican style restaurant music in an East Coast sandwich shop. IMO that changes the store atmosphere away from it's potentially original purpose.

For a chain sandwich place the sandwiches are good. The times I have been in here this particular location is pretty dirty. Floors unswept, greasy tables. I decided to leave both times rather than sit in.

We order from here at least twice a month on our Friday family night and we love the staff, the food and the speed and quality of the service

These sandwiches need no explanation. Best sub ever. In these difficult hardscrabble times it's hard finding a place that still provides the portions & the quality they've been serving up for 15yrs.

I'm a delivery driver. I was ignored for around 3 minutes while a team of like 8 people milled around. They don't secure their orders, and my customer's food was stolen. Instead of remaking it, they told me to kick rocks. Declining every order from here from now on.

The Tualatin location has the best kids working there. They are peppy and ready to make a fantastic sandwich. What more could you ask for? They really are the sweetest.

The gal who helped us, I can't remember her name, but she was amazing. I'm gf and she legitimately dismantled the entire deli slicer, and sanitized it all prior to making my sub. She didn't complain, roll her eyes, anything. I've never seen someone so thoroughly complete this process, and this is the ONLY location of jersey mikes that's ever actually cleaned a surface before making my sandwich. I'm a big fan, so I often return if I'm craving a sub, but I don't think I'll visit a different location again. 🙃

This place is pretty good. The sandwiches leave me more filled up than Jimmy John’s.
