I have been here multiple times. Everyone that works there are super friendly. The doctor explains his process and does everything possible to make me comfortable. When I had a crown installed he personally called me to check in on how my teeth were feeling and if I had any questions. It takes a while to get new patient appointment but after you are an established patient the scheduling is very reasonable. I feel this office goes above and beyond.

Haven’t had any work done other than the initial exam and cleaning so not sure how helpful this review will be, but upon searching for a new dentist I was looking for a place I felt comfortable with but were first knowledgeable, yet personal and friendly. This is it! The waiting room is warm and inviting and I felt welcomed and in good hands by the time I left my 1st appointment yesterday. I’m hopeful this will continue to meet my expectations!

I called and was able to get a cleaning scheduled the next day which was good. I'm always worried about having to pay out of pocket because of past experiences but I assumed since I have not gotten a cleaning this year my insurance would cover it and the office would let me know. When asked they said they would just bill my insurance which I thought was off since offices I've been to before are usually very clear about how much I would be paying but as I mentioned no big deal I was only coming in for a cleaning. Overall as a POC there's not much diversity here which isn't a big deal because they really do try to make your experience comfortable. The hygienist was super nice just found it odd how she was charting herself with no dental assistant but it's a small family owned dentist office so I thought no biggie. The dentist himself was nice as well. The only thing I really disliked was just the lack of communication of how much l'd actually have to be paying out of pocket because now I'm stuck paying $500 out of pocket for miscellaneous stuff like an oral exam and x rays/images. It is a little disappointing since I assumed I would just be getting billed for a cleaning and would have liked to know if I was going to be getting billed for more that was not going to be covered by my insurance. :(

Dr Francois and staff are wonderful. He is clearly an expert in his field but also compassionate and honest. He feels a deep responsibility for his patients and got me in to be seen when I was having an emergency.. in my experience, most other dentists would have told me to go to an emergency clinic instead of making room for me.

Sherwood Dental is always professional and always addresses my needs/fixes. Dr Francois is amazing as is all of his staff. I highly recommend this office, been with him well over 25 years.

Best dentist I been to. I used to be so afraid of going to the dentist my whole life. Since I been visiting this place I have been extremely comfortable and have no fear on going! They are so gentle on my teeth and very well address and questions/concerns I may have. I now always look forward to my upcoming visits ❤️

On many visits, over many years, to Sherwood Dental Care, the staff has been unfailingly patient, helpful, empathetic, pleasant, and accommodating. They do everything possible to make me feel comfortable. I appreciate them greatly.

This office is very pleasant and the staff is friendly. I always feel that I am well cared for here. Dr Francois is gentle, kind and very reassuring.
