It is one of the best malls you can find in the Portland area. To me, it is always a great experience to visit this gorgeous and gigantic mall. I found most of the major retailers and shops here with great deals. The mall is always packed with people, and it has plenty of kids' playgrounds. I would love to be back soon

It’s a shopping mall like most others with pretty much the usual brands. It’s big bright and airy with a decent food court in the middle. You’ll be hard pushed to find many bargains though if that’s what you are after.

Washington Square mall is a smaller indoor mall then most. It's a nice mall, however, I rather drive 30 minutes to another mall that's bigger with way more stores/spaces. I believe the spaces that the stores use are smaller then other locations. Which results in smaller inventory. Not that I will buy a lot of stuff. But I like to look at a lot of stuff 😀

This is a very clean mall. Has all the basic stores and more. Not too big, and not too small either. One floor mall (except macys and JCPenny, and the food court). The washrooms are very clean and tidy, and the food/restaurant items are good too. They even have one halal restaurant in the mall! They have two Starbucks, but one is temporarily closed and the second one that’s open has limited food options.

Really nice mall with just about anything you could want. The robot coffee place and the fact that they have a beer stand are some of my favorite things about this mall.

Decent little kids play place, not much to really climb on but seems to attract less older, more rowdy children so guess that's a plus. Usually pretty clean and fairly busy at most

Oh my, the food was so delicious. I ordered the poke salad which had a huge blend of textures and flavors. The hamburger and chicken sandwich was juicy and perfectly cooked.

I have shopped here nearly my whole life and worked there (H&M) for a few years. It's a great place to get a good walk in when the weather isn't good. I miss the big talking holiday bear during the holiday season. The retailers and food court have good options. Kids padded play area is great, games and rides are broken have the time. So far I haven't noticed anything really sus compared to other malls I have been too.

This place is great. Lively and always full of people with a fast paced atmosphere. Plenty of interesting shops and half the fun is seeing all the new places that come in. The sears part of the mall is totally abandoned but they do a good job keeping the other parts of the mall maintained and full of businesses. It's always a treat to go here and is a good example of what a mall should be. A recommend from me!

I'm a dog trainer (backwoods k9 training) and I love to do PA training days in appropriate, non food stores with the dogs. This place is nice for that busy or slow days. The dogs always love the attention they get when people oggle them. Always manners tho. And everyone loves to view that part as well! Jus remember to always train to coexist, and know where you can and cannot be in malls/shopping areas. Train on yo!!

Great mall! All one story except the food court and some of the bigger stores. Very clean and well kept. As of 2/26/22 they still require masks to enter stores. Some stores (like the Lego store) still have limits to how many people can be inside at once. So you may have to stand in line to get in.

Not long ago, I heard about Lloyd Center mall going bust. With one less decent walking indoor mall in the Portland metro area, it makes the presence of Washington Square even more important to the region. I wondered if this mall had survived the 2 year lockdowns. So I took a walk and frequented one snack eatery. I'm happy to say that the feeling at the mall is more positive than I could have expected. All the storekeepers seemed very happy and optimistic, and all the shoppers seemed equally happy to be there. Best of all... the mask mandate is no longer in place, so you can decide if you need one while shopping here. Nearly every store space is occupied, and all of them seem alive, some are vibrant. I hope that in due time, they will all be well. This is a wonderful place to shop and eat. Not just for walking and snacks, but I shall visit here more often myself. I really like this place.

Basically last call Sunday night: Wait times through the roof (1:15) with very little digital queue . (-⭐). Service is very polite and considerate. Bun to filler ratio extremely low with meat buns. (-⭐). Soup dumplings are spot on 💕. Flavors are so very neutral. Chili oil is a bit on the sharp side, tread with care. First experience here: 7/10. Would I dine here again: probably not on a Sunday evening. Pros: super fresh dishes in regular intervals. DTF Old fashioned is a sweet twist on a classic. Friendly & efficient service.

Okay. $11 ish+ for 3 small chicken strips, a roll, and a side of baked beans that were not my favorite, very sweet tossed the beans and the roll. Chicken was okay, came with a choice of dipping sauce. Roll needed butter.

This mall is okay... the store selection keeps shifting to high end which is a tad frustrating, it feels like where there used to be normal stores there are now diamond jewelry stores, luxury bags, amd luxury suit cases.

Nice to see a mall vibrant with stores, vendors and many visitors in early November. Parking was no problem. The Food Court had many good options and we enjoyed some Bubble Tea.

Best things in this mall are Lego Store, Game Stop, Build A Bear, and Box Lunch. The mall could use a Torrid, more kid and family friendly stores, and less posh places. I generally avoid all sections of the mall except the one hallway with the above stores.

Great for mall walking. I love the sushi burrito place in the food court! Also really enjoy the new robot coffee/tea stand, very fun to watch the robot arm make drinks. The Lush store recently moved and got a bigger store front, but I haven’t been to the new one yet — looks very spacious! The Yi Fang Tea stand near the escalators closed a handful of months ago, and was recently replaced with a Happy Lemon bubble tea and bubble waffle stand — they’re amazing and super delicious!

Washington Square Mall has stayed true to what being a mall is about. Their store fronts are very full and the variety of stores and products is amazing. They have a great food court and many great food options around their parking lots. The stores are trendy and hip brands but the mall also has big retail stores too. It's a great mall that's well kept and worth a visit for some great shopping.

Good suburban mall. Decent selection of retailers. Looked like there was good mall security in the parking lot. After I was done shopping I was happy that my vehicle was still where I left it. In the Portland area you can never be too sure. I went on a weekday late morning and it was not too busy, lots of parking. Even though I purchase most items online, it's nice to have brick and mortar retailers still in existence.

This Macy’s has been here for quite some time and offers excellent staple textiles. The men’s section is upstairs and they frequently have many sales. The customer to sales associate ratio was a bit low when I went for some items but luckily I knew what I was looking for and there was good concordance in price and availability between store and the Macy’s website.

best mall ever they had a star wars store which i’ve never seen before and had a lego store and build a bear workshop and many others. i hate malls usually but this mall is amazing.

Wish I could Give 4.5 Stars, but I can only Choose 4 or 5, because when I went here back in 2019 the Footlocker here had a House of Hoops Section, and the House of Hoops Section is where I saw the Nike Air Maestro Scotty Pippen Signature Shoes and where I also got my Black and Gold Adidas Originals NMD Multi T-Shirt with the Japanese Writing on the Sleeves from and Whenever I get the Chance to go the Footlocker there, there is no House of Hoops Section and it makes me Sad and those Nike Air Maestro Scotty Pippen Shoes can be Found on Websites like Flight Club and that Adidas Shirt is now Impossible to Find. I wish House of Hoops would Come back to the Footlocker here.

Dispite the increase in on line shopping I still love to go to a store and try in and buy clothes. The square management are doing all they can to keep the mall viable.

While it’s still just a mall, we visit Washington Square Mall the most because it has a great range of stores and some decent food options. If you’ve got kids, the Lego store and cute little Pokémon type shops are fun. It would be great if some new options were added like Free People or Madewell, and it satisfies for the most part.

Lots of stores to choose from. We went during Independence Day- there weren't that many decent sales; kinda disappointing. However, Bath and Body Works always has great sales, so thankful they're still there.

Sadly this place is turning into Lloyd center part 2. Lots of unmannered people walking around and unattended children. Kind of ruins the atmosphere as far as shopping. Still has a decent amount of shops to catch my interest.
