Cold beer great food. Pool tables, friendly staff. Lots of space. Hard to enter heading North bound, yet this place is worth the U turn.

Working in customer service & a foodie . I am always looking for the next best spot . Yesterday we ventured in and from the time we walked in the bartender greeted us , engaged, & recommend great items to eat . I had heard the Philly was top notch and let me tell you it was . The staff checked in multiple times to see how everything was and they defiantly met all the check marks . Thanks you River RoadHouse Keep up the great work and we can’t wait to come back .

I’ve been coming here for years and realized I haven’t left a review yet. The staff and owner here are absolutely incredible. Great bartenders and a great atmosphere. Lots of TVs. Fun pool and arcade games. Love that they keep the beer glasses in the freezer so they are always ice cold. See you all again real soon!

Quaint lil spot… amazing hot delicious food, awesome server and service… nice atmosphere… bar available if desired as are video machines for placing that winning bet! For a quick stop… casual dinner/food or any time! Definitely recommend!You won’t be disappointed!

Food would have been great except 2 of the sandwiches we ordered were grilled sandwiches and instead were just slightly warms up bread soggy with butter. It could have been great...but it wasn't. Sorry

Can't get much better for pub fare. The quality and service is definitely better than you'd expect from the atmosphere, but it's obvious why this is a hit with the locals. Complete with a juke box, pool tables, a couple slot machines, big buck hunter, Aerosmith pinball, and amply poured whisky shots. Pub menu with excellent quality.

Great food and service..the cowboy burger almost put me into a food coma, but was able to go for a second round and sample the pretzels..sublime! Definitely a go to spot! Staff all on point and taking care of the guests..

Nice on the inside, steak fries were a little rubbery, fries would have been better if they'd been remembered by the waiter the first time. Kinda the waiter ruined it all, really. We felt like an afterthought.

The food was great, service was awesome and they allow dogs. The only server was the bartender who was attentive to us and our pups. She brought them a bowl of water with ice! Their location is near a loud road, which is why 4 stars on atmosphere.

Southern rolls sounded so good! So after a rough day at work we made a point to stop by for some rolls and a beverage, I walked in & made eye contact with the bartender so she knew I was there! My boyfriend had gotten there a few minutes prior then me and gotten his beer from her, we sat for another 25 minutes and waited and watched her wait on people that showed up after I did. She never stopped by our table to take our food order or ask if I would like a beverage.. It wasn't busy either! Very poor service was really looking forward to the southwest rolls. 😔

This is your typical bar type food restaurant. It was OK. It was nothing fancy there’s no Riverview which was kind of expected since it was named River roadhouse. I thought there might be some kind of view of the river. You sit inside on picnic style benches or you can sit in a booth. The service was fine. The server was friendly. I probably wouldn’t go back, but if you’re into sports TV and beer with a rustic flair then you would probably feel right at home.

Okay, well it was my first time in there because i just moved into the area! I must, say it is a very nice atmosphere with a very friendly and welcoming staff! I drank a beer while I waited for food to be made to go which was quick! I had the cowboy burger and ordered one my son as well. It is really hard to impress me with a burger and fries but color me surprised!! The burgers were AMAZING and the fries were just as impressive! I really have not had a burger and fries that good since I lived in Texas. Delicious!!! In addition, it took me all night to eat it! Pretty darn big! I look forward to going again! Great sports bar.. This is one of our favorite places around Milwaukie. It was super busy and they seemed short staffed. Having said that, beer is very reasonable priced and they have made some nice upgrades to the space

One of our favorite places. 4 stars because If they had gluten free options other than salad or nacho we'd go more often. Add some gluten free bread or buns and sweet potato fries that aren't breaded. And I'd say 6 stars.

Service, food, and drinks were great. Just had a local drunk Milwaukiean strike up conversation about golf tour tickets he has and looking to find someone to go with. Then harassing my girl and I for being on our phones (we're looking at houses in the area) and not gazing deeply into each other's eyes.

Didn't eat, but the bartender; a young male with long hair, was attentive and friendly. Very helpful while being very aware of empty drinks, cups and offering refills often.

Very nice neighborhood bar. Staff was great as well as the service. Clean bar and restrooms. Seemed most of the customers were regulars. Definitely will visit again if we're in the area.

Nothing spectacular. It was a very spacious bar, with a few people in it. I went on a weekday. The customer service was adequate at best, nothing bad though. I didn't get the welcoming feeling that I often get in a new place and that makes a difference as to whether or not I come back.

The wait staff are amazing! I have been coming here off and on for years. I'm always treated really well. I like the big screen television where I can see sporting events. A great spot to hang out!

Great first time there. Was worried about some reviews mentioning slow service if you're not a regular, but that was not the case at all. We were able to sit outside in the beautiful weather with our dogs. The server brought out a water dish for the dogs without us even asking which I thought was really cool and thoughtful/caring. Food is really really good and very fairly priced. Will definitely be coming back soon. Awesome job guys 👍
