Furnace suddenly broke in my home and the interior temp was 55ยฐ. Too chilly for my comfort, so I checked into the Best Western located just off I-75 exit 22. What a pleasant surprise. Absolutely beautiful. The room was immaculate, well appointed, and exceptionally sized. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Priced better than any hotel in its caliber in town. A hidden "Gem".

Friendly front desk clerk. Thank you AJ for making my day a little better. Clean spacious rooms at an affordable price. This hotel feels safe for a lone traveler. I like this place and plan to make it my normal stop over spot. They are pet friendly for a small fee. Bonus waffle house is in walking distance. The sunset was amazing from my room.

Wonderful place. Hands down. Hot tub awesome. Clean. Great breakfast. Friendly despite the busy holiday and short staffed . Big and comfy. Awesome rooms. I'd pick this place over a Marriott any day.

Best deal and location. Pet friendly and lots of grass space for dogs! The dual queen size beds are in a separate room. Kind of like a Renaissance suite setup. Lots of room!

I love BW! It is one of the very, very best hotels in Valdosta! The front desk employees are always so helpful and professional. Although housekeeping was short staffed, they were excellent. I really wish I knew the name of the exceptionally nice and professional housekeeper who checked to make sure everything was fine with my room. I am looking forward to another visit to Best Western Plus Valdosta.

Impressive. Had a nice stay here, rooms are well appointed and clean, staff was all very nice and engaged in making sure guests were comfortable. Also impressed with excellent quality hot breakfast. Only suggestion I would make to mgmt would be to have a few rooms set aside that have never had pets in them for travelers with bad allergies.

Excellent stay. We travel with dogs; this BW is pet friendly. First of all the room has laminate floors, easy clean up if there is an accident. The room was very clean, smell-free of any pet odor. I totally attribute that to no nasty dirty carpeting. Nice big room with a refrigerator, ice machine close, and a very nice breakfast. The area designated for the dogs outside is also very well/kept and cleaned up. This is our midway point while traveling to North Carolina. With or without pets a very comfortable place.

Love this hotel. Our family of five was traveling to Florida and this was a perfect stop in between. The suite had two queen beds and a sofa bed. The room was clean and equipped with a mini kitchen that included pots and pans. I was impressed. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay with surprisingly good breakfast! Room was nice and very clean. Only issue was the low water pressure in the shower & carpet in the rooms. Vinyl flooring would be an awesome upgrade & much more sanitary.

We checked in after 2am and William was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean and we had easy access for our Maltipoo to get outside. There was a large field in front to park the 16-ft truck and car trailer as well. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful experience while staying here! The customer service was top-notch and the hotel sparkles. The lobby is usually the nicest/cleanest part of a hotel, and that was true for this hotel, but the rooms were just as nice! Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The pool area has a lovely hot tub and the hotel is pet-friendly. Loved this place!

It was clean, comfortable and roomy. Staff either was masked or behind plexiglass. Breakfast was hot plentiful and correctly prepared. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for a night, because I had to move my niece back into school the next day. The hotel was clean and smelled liked lemons. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The staff spoke and greeted us every time we left and came back. The rooms were also very clean which made it even better. They also had a full breakfast bar the next morning and the grits were pretty good. This will be my go to place to stay when I am in Valdosta.

July 2022. Florida to Canada. Loved the really expansive room space and great options for breakfast choices when we came down to the lobby bistro.

This is the only hotel we stay at while visiting Valdosta. Jenny checked us in tonight and she was great. She was polite, gave us food recommendations and she even checked to make sure the food was good. Jenny definitely made us feel like we were home. After a long day, I really needed Jennyโ€™s welcome tonight.

Very pet/big dog friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking lot is well lit. I anticipate more trips to the area in the future and will definitely stay here again.

Very nice big rooms with kitchen(fridge, sink, microwave) and living room area. Breakfast was good and the space quiet by the time we got there. The hotel just seemed pretty empty overall during our stay. Dog-friendly!

My expectations for a motel are always reflective of the price we pay. It was nice but off. Room was spacious but quality of bedding, sheets, breakfast buffet,... was just below the price point. Had plenty of room for pets. It was quiet and the staff were great.

Location is great just off the highway. Staff were really nice to deal with, we had our dog with us and they had dog biscuits for him. Room was very clean, bathroom also was really clean. Large couch in the room with TV and table/chairs in the kitchen area. There is a microwave and fridge. We will try the breakfast in the morning but overall really happy.

My husband and I didnโ€™t stay overnight at this hotel. We were driving near Valdosta when our phones alerted us of a tornado warning and to seek shelter. We pulled off the road immediately and went in, where we saw that a few other families had the same idea. The staff was very welcoming. They did a great job of letting us know where the safest areas were and keeping us up to date on the local weather. Luckily the tornado changed course and went around us, and we are back on the road. Big thank you to the staff!

We stayed here in mid December for 1 night with 2 dogs. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was ok. They have designated dog walk areas right outside the side exit door, as well as grass fields all around the parking lot, which was great for walking the dogs after a long drive! The room had a hard floor instead of carpet, which made it much easier to wipe up the drips from the dogs water bowl, and just feels cleaner than carpet in general. My only complaint is that some of the other guests did not pick up after their dogs, so watch your step if you have to walk in the grass.

Oh my! This is an outstanding property! The lobby and rooms are very clean! And inviting! The staff goes beyond the expectations to make your stay comfortable. We left car keys and an inhaler in the room as we left. Housekeeping quickly took them to the front desk and they called us immediately so we could come back to get them. This is a Must stop on your way to Florida.

We travel to Georgia about once a month and this has become our go-to hotel. It is clean, quiet, and relaxing. There's an outdoor pool and hot tub, a fitness room, a business center, and a laundry room. They don't sell snacks or drinks at the desk, but they do have some vending machines on a couple of floors. Lots of space around the hotel, so this would be good for people with dogs. The rooms are spacious. The only downside to this hotel is that there isn't much around it, but other than that, it's great. We will continue to stay here.

Second time we have come and they remembered us from 5 years ago. We arrived way ahead of schedule and they were still very accommodating to get us a room. Nice clean quiet hotel. I had called a month in advance to see if the pool would be warm enough. Her answer was priceless. Since youโ€™re coming from Canada I expect it will be. She was right kids jumped right in and so did I. (After some coaxing). I would certainly recommend this establishment.

The room was a suite and a fabulous price. The girls at the desk were extremely friendly and clearly dog lovers, giving my little pug a little lovinโ€™. We only planned to be here one night, but I dropped my wallet at the gas station next-door and had to drive back to get it and decided to stay another night. An added benefit is that they had a great complete breakfast in the morning.

Location convenient to the freeway. Clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We appreciated the kitchenette (in the 2 queen suite), lots of seating and counter space. Very good hot breakfast! Nice soap/shampoo products that are not too smelly. We had an excellent stay!

Was just passing through and got tired before my intended destination and made an unplanned stop here. I usually stay at the "higher end" properties when traveling for work but was pleasantly surprised by this Best Western. The room was very spacious and very clean. The staff were so nice, even cleaning staff the next morning in the elevator asked if I enjoyed my room. She seemed very genuinely interested. I got the feeling the staff actually enjoy working here and it shows. I recommend this hotel.

AJ at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything well and seemed to genuinely care about guests needs and his job! The room was nice as well but the customer service is what made me happy, especially traveling with an infant!

One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The staff everyday were fantastic. Breakfast every morning for 3 hrs included sausage, eggs, grits, gravy, biscuits, cereal, pancakes and syrup, donuts and coffee. Rooms were very nice as well.

Would definitely recommend and will stay here again. It was so clean, everyone was super friendly and the breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and our little suite has a separate living area with a sink, mini fridge and microwave

Great location right off the highway. We booked a king suite and it was huge. It included a kitchenette and sitting area. The bed was super comfy and was one of the best nightโ€™s sleeps Iโ€™ve ever had in a hotel. Very clean. The breakfast had a great selection of got options. This will be our go to stop on the way to FL.

We were displaced during our beach vacation due to Hurricane Ian. We have 4 small children and reserved our room when mandatory evacuations were issued. Outstanding hotel! Clean, safe, comfortable and a well cared for hotel. We got there around 11:30pm. The receptionist (William?) was quick to get us checked in and he was pleasant and helpful. Our room was super clean and cozy. It was great having the little extra living room area for two of our kids and a blow up bed we had. Breakfast was hot and good for hotel food. Great staff. They were quick to accommodate everyoneโ€™s needs and to replenish the buffet. One of my kiddos left his stuffed animal in our room and our card was deactivated since it was just after 11 but a sweet house keeper was quick to unlock the door for us. My kids also played in the pool for about 30 minutes and only had great things to say about the pool. Just a great place overall. Hopefully it remains this way.
