I get so much joy watching my children during their private Santa session. They look forward to Storybook all year and talk about it for weeks after! There is nothing like watching your children surrounded by complete Christmas magic, and to have the whole thing photographed to share with others makes it all that much more special. Thank you for being so fantastic, kind, and patient with our children. You mean so much to our family and we cannot thank you enough!

Santa and all of the elves were so wonderful. The interaction of everyone was purely magic. The atmosphere was decorated in a way that it brings you right into Christmas including the smell of the space. We all loved the experience.

We have 10 month twins, we were very nervous but everyone was very accommodating and made our family feel comfortable! The pictures turned out so wonderful, the photographer and assistant were able to catch our girls personalities. Amazing experience from start to finish!!! We cannot wait to come back! This place is amazing and if you are on the fence, DON'T BE!!! BOOK them, they know what they are doing! It's worth every penny. Ginny in the West Islip location is BEYOND AMAZING. I have taken my three year old every year to the Santa Experience and I was so thrilled. Watching the Christmas Joys through his eyes was SOMETHING ELSE :). This year he was scared of Santa and they still made it work for us - I am telling you, they know children and go ABOVE & BEYOND. Thank you Ginny & your amazing staff.

Amazing. Photographers were patient and professional keeping up with our 5 kids (ages 17, 7, 5, 3 &10 months). Santa was friendly and entertaining. Great experience.

Our first visit to the Storybook Experience was gifted to us for our Son's 2nd birthday and it was a wonderful session. COVID-19 protocols were in place, however, it did not alter the magic of the experience. It was our toddler's first photo shoot and first Santa visit! The ladies behind the camera were so enthusiastic and kind, they introduced Santa perfectly, first letting our son play with Santa and warm up to him before sitting with him - all while shooting the camera and capturing the moments! Santa was soft spoken and gentle, it was very easy for our son to adjust, often calling him "Grandpa". The session was just enough time to get wonderful photos before our toddler became too antsy. He was given a cookie and raindeer food to take home and was thrilled! I was also really pleased with the ease of communication and friendliness with Ginny and the team. Instructions were very clear and any additional questions were answered quickly! We will be back for our holiday photos next year and think this is a really nice holiday tradition as children grown and recognize Santa. Thank you to everyone at the Storybook Experience!

We absolutely loved our experience from start to finish. The communication was great the entire time, right from when we booked. Our 4 year old was in complete awe and our 10 month old cried the entire time. You would never be able to tell the baby cried the whole time from the pictures - your staff was able to do some serious Santa workshop magic on the pictures! We really enjoyed our time. 2023 Update - It gets more magical each year! We just got our Christmas cards today ... incredible! The images you capture, the feels you make us feel ... love it! Thank you! We love your studio! We love your photographers! We love the pictures we get every year. It is absolutely magical! Our children are growing up having incredible memories of reading with Santa, playing with toys with him, seeing their name on the Nice List, and the atmosphere being incredible.
