What an extremely kind and professional woman Philana is. My daughter and I are new to Long Island and are still adjusting to the major change from living down south. My daughter has a school dance coming up and wanted to get Goddess Braids. Not knowing where to go I started with a google search. We found a few salons close by but after a few calls I instantly knew Philana was the one for us. She was so kind from the very beginning. She communicated well and followed up with a reminder text a few days before the appointment. When we got there she even went with us to the beauty supply store to help us pick out exactly what we needed. Long story short the final product came out better than we could have ever expected! So on by half of my daughter and I we thank you soo much for everything! 10 out of 10! We will definitely be back!

Excellent experience. I've been here a couple times myself and my daughter went once, no complaints. Philana is quick, professional and super friendly. Her prices are reasonable especially since she provides the hair for most styles. Definitely gonna be coming here from now on.

I have been getting my hair braided by Philana at this location for the past 8-9 months and each time I walk away feeling not only satisfied but very happy with the finished results. She consistently does a neat job, she doesn’t braid too tightly, she’s personable, and her braids last for a while. I recommend this business.

I’ve gotten my hair done by Philana two times so far and oh my goodness! I love it! She is such a sweet and kind person, very gentle, and very talented. What really sold me on her was the fact that she did my hair in such a short amount of time! Did my medium knotless box braids in under 2 hours!
