Entire family attends this practice but recent changes has made it feel more corporate. Then we had a dental emergency. When I called the emergency line for my 10yo sons cracked front tooth Saturday morning we were told to wait until the office opened Monday and hopefully could be fit in! And nothing about how to save the tooth fragment in the meantime. Monday rolls around and I come to find out that Dr.Cortes not even in office but a new dentist unknown to us and we can’t be seen until Tuesday! So now my son has to go to school the week of his 11th birthday with a cracked front tooth because we picked the wrong dental practice to belong too. This no longer a personal warm family practice; just another money making machine. Very disappointed.

I had my first visit today at Distinctive Dental and I couldn’t have be happier. Tiffany gave me the best cleaning I’ve had in a long time. She was thorough and gentle. The front staff knew my insurance benefits and answered all my questions. If you are looking for a great office with great staff this is the place for you. Many offices nowadays lack that extra push for customer service but not here!

Hygienist Grace was kind and funny and incredibly knowledgeable. Her recommendations were thoughtful without judgment or pressure. Dr Nicole was also exceptional. Very empathetic and kind chair-side manner. I hate finding a new dentist but this office made it easy and a great choice.

Very happy to have been directed here. Everyone from front desk on was super nice and create a very relaxed atmosphere. Grace my hygienist was great and made for a very pleasant experience. Excellent patient care all around.

I was nervous switching dental offices as I have zero pain tolerance and like most people not a fan of dental visits. I had gone to my last one for over 20 years and I was nervous finding a new one. Distinctive Dental made the transition for me seem less. The employees there are very customer oriented and are very gentle when performing all of their services. Not until recently did I need extensive work done on my teeth and was very nervous. The dental assistant Jessica and Doctor Cortez made my first root canal a comfortable one. Both with taking the time to explain everything in detail and being gentle and thorough with the procedure. If you are a person who doesn’t like going to the dentist and are scared to switch dentists, no need to look any further. You found your new dental home!

Dr Su is the BEST. Recently joined this practice and my husband and I would follow her anywhere. I have horrible teeth and she's never once judged and always done an excellent job the many many times I've seen her. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

The friendliest and most professional front desk team ever; super efficient dental hygienists; and quality dentists. I trust my teeth and my family’s teeth with them always. I also got an Invisalign treatment with them and three months I had perfectly aligned teeth. Very happy we found them when we moved to Westport.

Just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr.Cortes , My teeth look amazing ! Dr. Cortes has been super supportive with the process and made sure my teeth look as perfect as possible . The assistance & front desk are super helpful with the process as well ! Would highly recommend for any Invisalign treatment !

I had a great experience with all the staff at this dental office. Everyone is very polite and friendly. Dr. Cortes did an amazing job with my crown replacements. He was attentive and ensured that I had a pain-free experience, as much as possible. He did a thorough work and made sure that I was happy my crowns. The office was able to get me in very quickly to do a bite adjustment as well. I’m glad to be a patient at this dental office.
