Waited 1.5 hours just to get to an exam room. Then waited another half hour to see the doctor. People at front treat you like you're invisible. You could be standing right in front of them but they will not help you until you say something. Be prepared to fill out 10 pages of paperwork at your first appointment. And then another 2-3 at every other appt.

Doctors and staff here are just phenomenal. My husband had to have surgery on his knee and has been going to the doctor ever 4 weeks for a checkup until he could be cleared to go back to work. I have been to several of the offices in fact. There is one in Patchogue...Deer Park...and Shirley. Let me start off by saying that every time we went we waited a minimum of a half hour to be seen. Having been working in the medical field (with animals) I understand how these things happen and WHY it happens. It just cannot be helped and it is of no fault of the front desk staff. Every single time I watched the front desk handle themselves with the up most class and professionalism of any front desk that I have ever encountered. People were downright degrading and NASTY to them...every single time. I witnessed veiled nastiness down to a loud verbal assault. Every time these women kept their cool and calmly just informed these horrendous people that they were sorry for the wait but they would be seen shortly. I myself do not think I would have been that calm. I pride myself on my customer service and handling clients.....and they were a tad much for me! Great office...great staff...and most of all the best doctors ever. My husband's knee is doing so well. We cannot thank them enough.

Dr Faraq just did my rotor cuff n my God. So much pain relief. I was scared to do it but his attitude was convincing. One day process not bad effects let’s see what happens within months. 🦾🙌🏼❤️

This guy does not listen. Just went back to go over the MRI. He tells me there’s nothing wrong with me. By the end of every day I cannot walk. My problem is not solved and I’m back where I started.

Avoid this office of at all possible. I've seen them for 2 work related injuries in the past 3 years and the level of care has gotten progressively worse with each visit. You'll be greeted by a waiting room packed with people that are at least an hour past their appointment time, a filthy office/Physical therapy area and attitude. After dealing with the multi hour wait, you'll be briefly seem by the Dr (5-10 mins if lucky) and shuffled out without your questions answered. This office refuses to answer or return calls, not just from patients, but from other doctors as well. I've had my physical therapy canceled countless times due to billing issues or missing authorizations originating from this office. They will mess up your paperwork, they will ignore your calls, they will treat you like a piece of meat with a fat wallet and you'll be dealing with your original issues at the end of it. How this place hasn't been shut down and the doctors/investors investigated is beyond me. I'll be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and the state to hopefully get the ball rolling on both of these. You people should be ashamed of yourselves

I’ve been coming here for 5 years, I had to get multiple surgeries, Dr. Farakh is amazing and caring. The physical therapists there, are also amazing and caring. They really know how to make you feel like you’re an actual person and not just another patient.

Wholly incompetent, and absolutely a waste of time. The ancient carpet and the outmoded equipment is fine if it weren’t for the fact that the orthopedist decided to prescribe me a medication that I’m allergic to and then offer no other solutions. All of that would also be fine and if the people at the front desk didn’t act as if you were bothering them because you’re a patient.

Awful experience for most part. Was given same day appointment which was fantastic. Got to office and first the open the doors 20 minutes late because they needed to eat their lunch. That’s fine, eat. But also found out that I shared that same appointment with like 30-40 others in this small waiting area. Fine I can wait. Two hours later I’m finally seen. Doctor is very nice, confirms avulsion fracture and puts me in cam Walker and says I need an MRI to check ligaments. If ligaments are fine I’ll be out of the cam Walker in a week. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t gotten an MRI. I keep calling and they tell me they haven’t had time to call in my authorization to the insurance company, they are backed up and will call me when it’s ready. I called my insurance company and they said I do not need authorization for an MRI. So what am I waiting for? I’ve been hung up on multiple times. They have my original documents from the urgent care. And the office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional most of the time. The most pleasant people were the X-ray tech and doctor. Will never go back. I would suggest you don’t either.

After reading the negative response to this place, I really didn't want to go, but got there early, was given papers to fill out, before my woman could hand them in, they were calling me already, and this with the place having about 15 others there. Everyone we saw was nice, and the doctor saw me fairly quickly, but went over everything so I could understand, and was pleasant the whole time, the biggest positive was when we first called we couldn't get in until next week, after knowing how much pain I was in, we were told to come in two hours later, not many places will do this.

I was in so much back and foot pain!! 3 hours of waiting and I wasn’t treated yet! Do not come here! Medical facilities need to be aware that patients time matters as well, never coming here again!!
