Birthday Party of 6 2 seniors..no discount 2 ultimate feasts/ one served with no tartar or cocktail sauce...had to wait for that. One of the sides was cold slaw didn't get it till almost finished with meal, that wasn't hot to begin with. Sirloin was every bit of not sirloin. None of the food was steaming. Definitely didn't get the service we paid for. Drinks had to be sent back. Napkins and straw papers on the floor waiting for someone to slip and fall. Was seated right away... now I know why

Just moved to the area and this red lobster is right around the corner, seafood lovers HEAVEN. Everytime I've ordered food from this location or dined in the food was on point delicious and filling. Having a past in the food service industry it was also relieving to see the manager appreciating her staff and having a great work dynamic. Definitely come here the foods great and it's a welcoming environment 😊

Absolutely terrible. Was seated at 4pm @ 5:15 our food started to come out & was completely wrong. Some belonged to the table next to us. There was a dish brought back to the kitchen. We called for the manager & explained the issue. She went to the kitchen to get our food. At 5:50 they brought out partial plates. My husband’s dish was the dish brought back earlier to only be given back with extra sides & it was completely cold. It wasn’t busy at all. We didn’t stay & I’ll never go back

Food was flavored right and fresh. Server was polite And pleasant.

We decided to celebrate Mom's birthday on a quiet Monday night and Red Lobster was a great choice to have dinner. As soon you enter the restaurant, you can feel the coziness and warmth reminiscent of a New England home filled with natural, dark wood and hues of classic blue with nautical accents. For starters, the fried calamari was perfectly tender and light. My mother enjoyed her beautifully arranged Bar Harbor Lobster Bake. The assortment of seafood was beyond deliciousness and cooked to perfection. My crunch-fried flounder sandwich was equally delightful, as well as my brother's Daily Special Lobster and Shrimp Scampi. Kudos to our server Andre who made our entire dining experience a night to remember. Thank you Red Lobster for being the local fixture in our community for over 50 years!

Kid friendly. Has high chairs. Has kid menu. All the food was good. Price was moderate, I order the all you can eat Fest.

Every time I go, the service is beyond exceptional; such welcoming and friendly staff members who strive to make your dining experience as best as possible. Of course the food is always incredible and the atmosphere is clean and organized. Great place!

I have not been here in a while. Went for a birthday dinner. The food was good. Bahama mama drink was great. Andre was a good waiter.

I will get Red Lobster via Uber Eats when they have a discount available. The food is always very good quality. The portion size could be bigger especially for the expensive price. The one think I highly recommend trying above anything are the biscuits. Warmed up they are the best I’ve had.

I came in....My desired seating area is when you first walk in accross from the bar; a nice, well lit area by the window. But I was informed that area is not available until after 5 😡 I came with a friend who has a physical handicap and needs to sit in a well lit area close to the door . This is not the first time I heard this area is closed because the worker who handles that area isn't in until 5. RIDICULOUS!! You can do better Red lobster. We left your place and went to Texas Roadhouse and had ALL, our needs met. We used to like this place, but won't be returning.

First time there but will also be our last time to Hicksville Red Lobster. Friday night 12/1/2023 7PM server AXX took our orders without offering any guidance or pretending to be helpful or care about her job or customer satisfaction. Strike One: I was obviously fumbling back and forth on their menu looking for signs of pasta, server AXX stood by the table motionlessly without offering any help just watching me asking Husband where he saw the pasta, what pasta dishes they have, etc. When I finally asked server AXX what their pasta dishes are, she just quickly blurted out the dish names as if anyone can grasp that mumble jumble. Strike Two: With two hungry and not-so-placate toddlers, we saw the kids' meals so we decisively ordered two entrees from the kids' meal to hopefully get them started first. Called our server AXX back immediately within 5 minutes to ask her to add the two sides and milk to complete the kids' meal but to no avail. AXX simply offered no explanation but said, "No, you cannot add sides or drink now" and "Yes, you will still be charged the full amount for the kids' meal." HOW RIDICULOUSLY OBSCENE IS THIS?! I don't understand; we are not even changing their kids' meal entrees, we simply just want to add two sides and two milk that should've come together with the kids meals in the first place! All we have grown accustomed to is when we order a meal that comes with multiple parts, we were always tirelessly reminded by the server, "would you like to add a side?" "would you like to add a drink?" Even McDonalds' drive-thru would ask you, "what's your side? and what's the drink?" when you order a chicken nugget Happy Meal. Yes, our incompetence not knowing where their pasta dishes are on the menu; yes, our oversight not knowing the kids' meal also include a side and milk. But a server in the human service business without caring for your patrons, compassion for the young visitors or pride to serve your food should be banned from all human-based services. Please re-train and re-evaluate this server AXX, for her lack of professionalism and passion (or just basic human decency) will plant a cancerous seed in jeopardizing your business if it hasn't already.

Conveniently located and not too busy, even on a Saturday. We had the all you can eat shrimp for five people. The food was served in a reasonable time and the waiter wasted no time asking if we wanted more. The subsequent dishes came out quick. The servers were friendly and accommodating. Really nice place with ample seating and a quiet atmosphere. Highly recommend this location.

Overall a nice little red lobster, service was good, friendly. Didn't wait long for food, but one of our appetizers was forgotten, but no big deal. Bread is awesome.

I am in love with seafood, so what a better place to eat than a place that serves the most delicious seafood. I love the Admirals Feast. I truly love the Coconut Shrimp and the Shrimp Alfredo. Those are my favorites. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits are amazing as well. The prices are reasonable, making this a favorite.

Ordered to go. Came home and opened the lobster dip, it's only half. I believe the burnt area shows that's where the dip was up to and the kitchen kept it warm. But waitress took half before the food was picked up? Also no biscuit was given with the order!?

Great place, great food. Best place for eating the sea food. They have a very cozy place and the attendants are very sweet and helpfull. Situated at a prime location in Hicksville, this place provides great quality sea food at a reasonable rate. The also have a bar counter where you can enjoy your food and drinks while watching football or baseball match. The ambience is pretty sober and good place to hangout with friends and family.

Tasty seafood choices at reasonable prices. Love the cheddar biscuits which are always included with meals. Nice salads also available.

Had a late dinner here last Saturday night and I must say they exceeded my expectations. The waitress was wonderful and very accommodating. The food was excellent especially those cheesey biscuits. The restaurant was very clean.

The 3 stars are for the food and bartender . The food was very good. Ate at the bar. The bartender had all the drinks to make for a crowded a restaurant . Besides that he was taking dinner orders at the bar. He never stopped. I quess the one girl was the manager, and did nothing but order people around and watched the poor guy run around. One couple left and she had nerve to tell him to clean up the dishes. I was a manager and helping out the workers is part of management. Give a raise to the bartender that was working on 4th of July and get another helper for him. Reply to my reply. This review is for the hicksville store, which you already know. You either misunderstood my review, or you're worse than your management. The bartender was running around like a nut without help from the woman that acted like management. Zero stars. 2 hours spent here and spent a solid hour and 20 mins just waiting. Server was constantly walking around the restaurant taking to co-workers. The place was dead!!! The guy had us and 2 other tables, what are you doing?! Hadn't been to Red Lobster since 2018, never coming back!

Hadn't been to Red Lobster since pandemic began. Food was still good. The only negative was they no longer include a salad with your meal. Their salads and variety of dressings were great. They should really rethink this bad decision.

Delicious, fresh and perfect. The waiter was a blessing. So friendly and nice. Again we did the date night meal just because it’s so perfect and it was fresh and delicious. Again, I do not like Red Lobster, my husband does so I’m always in there lol, but this was perfect.
