Came in tonight to be seen. Been struggling for 5 days now not feeling well. Payed an $80 co pay to be seen for not even 5 minutes and be told I need to let it run its course. Was told to take over the counter stuff and if that doesn’t help to come back in 7 days. I’ve been taking over the counter stuff the same of which they recommended for 5 days now and still not well which is why Im here so that made no sense to me. Will never come to this location again they didn’t seem to care and I left feeling as sick as I did when I walked in with just $80 less in my pocket..thanks a lot for nothing.

I’m wondering if these places get paid by the steroid company? Because without fail I’m always brought a cup filled with a steroid in to take before I leave. Front desk staff was nice, however last visit I was charged what was referred to as a convenience fee! Never heard of that and the girl charged me a double co pay! Turn over at these places is fast, and they somehow left half of my script off when I got to the pharmacy to fill it. So I had to call and have that sent. Check in is a pain especially when your really sick and 5 staff members are sitting at desk doing nothing. They really should just check people in. Place is ok in a pinch but I’m headed back to a real Dr. today for antibiotics since the “ steroids” didn’t work.

The doctor we saw was nice and addressed our concerns. Unfortunately we had to deal when the aftercare team. The aftercare team cannot receive a grade low enough. The aftercare agent, kept my pharmacy on hold for 2 hours (per their statement), I was on hold with them over 25 minutes. The agent I finally spoke to did not listen to what I was saying or my concerns, the agent was reading from a script which did not match with the concerns I had, the agent talked over me and did not understand about the situation. Again, there was no issue with the doctor but the aftercare team was AWFUL

They said they could remove stiches then denied me the service after taking my money. The refused to give me my money back. Secretary said I could get them removed medical staff refused to do it. The manager said I cant get my money back. The place is run by children.

Dr. Christina Izzo was so thorough and amazing. She likely saved my life by urging me to go straight to the hospital vs. my plea to drive home (several hours away and out of state) and then going to the hospital. Thanks Dr Izzo.

Never again will I come to this one. It took them a half hour just to call me up to the desk to verify my information. I also heard them say there’s only two providers on. I haven’t been called into a room yet and I’m sure that will be at least another half hour wait. And there’s a patient in the waiting room with the flu on her phone with no mask. You would think they would make her wear the mask and take her phone call outside. Edit: in a lot of pain with the arthritis in my spine. I usually get a shot of toradol no problem. The pa I saw. Doreen. I had to beg her for the shot. She says it only lasts 6 hours so I’m trying to tell you it doesn’t make sense. I said you don’t understand I’m in pain I need it. She can be very abrupt. Nasty. However she is extremely helpful as well. She’s trying to make me an appointment with pain management as I type this.

This CityMD is very professional, they know their stuff. Very nice, quick in and out, get you what you need and I did not feel judged at all and I was not myself and I am not myself when I had a bad fever a few hours prior. Love this CityMD. Always going to this one. Mature front desk and great MA and PA on site.

All staff were very helpful and professional. The wait was short and the pcr tests came back to the app within 36 hours. I have been using citi- MD (formally Stat-health) for many years. Even during Covid years it was as professional and organized as ever. Highly recommended.

I came from out of state and fell ill. I was seen in a normal amount of time and treated very well with accurate diagnosis. No need to head to emergency room which saved my weekend

This office is conveniently located near my house so it seemed like a great option for me. Unfortunately, the few times that I've been there, the staff was rude, condescending, and I did not receive appropriate care. The facility was clean and neat. I would not recommend this location.

Wow i was sk poorly diagnosed here that i almost lost sight in eye. Starting from the fact that they didnt know how to put the strap around my arm for blodd pressure i knew what i was dealing with. They diagnosed me with a dental issue and prescription of amoxicillin. I waited in tremendous pain for 20 hours to get an emergency dentist visit. The dentist sent me to the emergency room. I was diagnosed with a skin infection that has nothing to do with my mouth. I should have been sent to a hospital immediately. Not almost 24 hours later by my dentist. The infection would have been less and i almost ran the risk of losing signt in my eye. Avoid this clinic at all costs they have absolutely no medical knowledge and its clear they are on site training

I went to the City MD in Sayville because I needed a simple physical for a new job. They asked what I needed it for and I told them they said becaue it’s a preemployment physical they could not use insurance and it would be $225. I asked someone at my new job and they said a regular physical would be fine. So they ran my insurance for a regular physical and I paid my $25 copay. They put me in a room and the person who came in to do my vitals asked what I needed and I said a physical. She asked what for I said for a new job but I don’t want you to sign the preemployment form because then I’d have to pay $225. I just want a regular physical. She asked to just see it to make sure they at least put all the info they need on their physical. Then the doctor came in and the same conversation happened. However she kept the preemployment form and insisted she’d do it anyway and it would be “No big deal”. I told her I really just want a regular physical because I don’t have $225 for this and if all they need is a regular physical then that’s what I want because it’s $25. We’ll she filled out the form anyway and they gave me the regular physical sheet ans sent me on my way. About a week and a half later and now.I have a bill for an additional $200….they don’t care about people they care about money.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I had trouble with the computer to register, most times I am told " just try again", I did several times but due to having my name as initials and a P.O. box as an address on my license the computer would not accept my ID, but the woman at the front desk helped me by putting my info into her computer and after that we were seen within minutes!!

The office was VERY busy 2 days past Christmas. I was told the wait time was 90 minutes. I was seen in about an hour and the NP had me out with a prescription in about 5 minutes. The staff was very personable and pleasant and this was dinner time. They had this kind of crowd all day, every day, for days!! Tough job-they do it well :)

Had some kind of abscess that we think started as a spider bite or some other kind of bug bite not completely sure. Doctor injected it with lidocaine and drained it, she was very nice and kept reassuring me the whole time telling me how good I was doing and letting me know it was almost over (I had my eyes closed and face covered lol) I was so scared but she made me feel as comfortable as possible. Going back today (2 days later) for a check up and to change bandage.

I went there last night and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was super helpful, caring, and efficient. I actually sought out a place to leave a review because I felt the service was so awesome. Dr Gebhard was a pleasure. I don't necessarily want to go back :) but if I need medical care, it's now my first choice. Thanks !
