I can only say great things about them. They are very compassionate and understanding. I was in a severe crisis that required immediate COVID testing results. When the gentleman at the front booth realised the urgency he quickly went into action. He even filled all my paperwork and made sure my test was pushed through quickly. I’m so grateful for all there help.

Fast pace. The doctor diagnosed me incorrectly. I went in there with a broken foot but got plantar fasciitis diagnosis instead. Even though my foot was evidently broken. It was swollen up the top and with a red spot. My problem with a broken foot was not resolved, no cast of any kind…Instead they brought me a post op shoe and gave me a paper to sign telling me to sign it for the insurance that I am taking the shoe. However, they were not clear that my insurance might not cover it since most insurance apparently don’t cover this item. I used the post op shoe to get to the car but couldn’t wear it at all. It was not appropriate for the injury. I was told to see a podiatrist after Memorial day weekend if my foot still bothers me. I wasted my time and money there. I felt that it was all about money and not the patient. I gave it a one star because the young girl at the front desk was super nice.

The staff took me in right away in that they had an opening and the staff was kind. The PA was very knowledgeable and even has me bring home some information on what I was diagnosed with, a subconjunctival Hemorrhage.

Made an appointment online the day before which was super easy. On the day of the appointment I was greeted and processed very quickly to an exam room. The Patient Care Texhnician (Denise ?) was very nice and took my vital signs and initial medical history. Valarie the Physicians Assistant was AWESOME!!! Very friendly, very professional and willing to listen to my concerns. I would definitely go back to this location!!

Went in for required covid test before procedure. Doctor who came in to ask about any symptoms and make sure I was OK was the best doctor I've met in a long time, & I meet A LOT OF DOCTORS! when I told him details of procedure and how I've been ran in circles since I've been suffering from rare neurological conditions, he went out of his way to get me some phone numbers that may help. This was completely unexpected and appreciated. Unfortunately, there's too many uncaring doctor and even a lot of patient blaming. It seems to be the easy way out when they see a person clearly suffering in pain. THANK YOU CDC! I hope the staff stays relatively consistent! Because of them, from the gentleman at the front, to the PA, and doctor, they treat people better than I've experienced in a very long time, & that says a lot!

Had a very nasty fall lost 7 inches of skin on my forearm. Michael treated me with utmost professionalism and skill. My primary care follow up immediately sent me to St Catherine wound center. Much to my surprise they are doing exactly what Michael did except he had cleaned most of the wound already. He is CARING CONCERNED AND COMPETENT

Compassionate staff. Helped my family get pcr tests so we were able to see my critically Ill daughter. They were wonderful to myself and my husband. I had trouble navigating the computer system so the staff helped us complete our medical information. The entire staff rushed us through so we had test results within 45 minutes.

Exceptionally rude and unhelpful reception and staff. The nurse was kind and helpful with my daughter. The Dr was helpful but was not thorough with his explanation with diagnosis and unavailable upon follow up phone call. The same male receptionist was working argumentative and rude with handling the follow up call for more information. The on call head Dr was dissmissive, passive aggressive and unprofessional. I would not reccc’d going here. I am still shocked about this experience and how horrible I was treated. I would have been better off going to her Dr but was trying to minimize exposing her to others in the pediatric office as well as this office is very close to home and she was ill. They should not be paid for this visit in my opinion as I already knew what she had and was seeking further help.

Everyone was friendly. The office was very clean.. The girl at the desk had patience when I was looking for my ID. When I asked a question she replied patiently and made sure I understood. It was a pleasant visit especially when I wasn't feeling well at all.

Overall a great visit! Clean, excellent & friendly medical staff. Receptionist could be a little more friendly & less complainant As we walked in an hour before closing & she began to yell “this always happens! Everyone always cones in last minute! We were doing nothing 2 hours ago why didn’t you come in then?” I politely asked asked if they were closing but she no, that I would be the last costumer. If the cut off for patient acceptance is an hour before closing it should be advertised or lock the door or politely state it’s patient cutoff & ask us to leave, not rant like I did something wrong by going there an hour before closing. Regardless of her behavior, the doctor was amazing & made up for the receptionist short comings in kindness.

Our son had a tick on him and was concerned about the consequences. We called the Urgent Care and asked if it was necessary to bring him in. They said yes. We went there and waited 1/2 hour to be seen. No one else was in the waiting room. The doctor came in and barely examined the tick bite. He said there is nothing we can do. The doctor was with us for less than 5 minutes. We wasted time and money for nothing. The receptionist could have told us not to worry about coming in. We found our visit uninformative and disingenuous. Not a very trustworthy clinic. Update: The owner of the clinic has asked me to fill out an online feedback form. I just did it. We'll see what happens.

Quick to be seen. PA Jessica was clear in her assessment and made certain I understood how to apply the ear drops prescribed. Several days later and the issue is resolved. Very pleased.

I went to see a doctor in this establishment today and I saw a P.A called Kenny Barry. I have had issues breathing. Today was not a good day for me. I noticed my oxygen level was low when I walked into this establishment. It dropped down to 88. When I went to see Kenny Barry, he said my oxygen was fine, he did an EKG. He said that was fine. Then they did an x-ray. They said that was fine, but yet I could not breathe. He told me he did not have a nebulizing treatment to help me. All of a sudden someone walks into the office with one tube of nebulizer, and the treatment itself. This PA, Kenny Barry came in again and said to me that he was going to prescribe a steroid inhaler and albuterol. He sent me home with a summary of today’s visit. I just called the pharmacist. He never sent in my prescription. What kind of a clinic is this? I just called the urgent care facility and they are now closed. so if his assistant was responsible for calling in a prescription, she should be fired because I cannot breathe right now. And if she’s not responsible to call in a prescription, whoever is in charge should be fired. Very disappointed!!!

I've gone here before for the same procedure. I was sick out of work and needed a note and a checkup to clear me to return back to work. Apparently depending on who's there, makes up their own rules. They would not give me a check up and fill out a form clearing me to go back to work this time. Apparently I have to been sick at the time which is ridiculous because I can't return back to work when I'm sick and would have to come back AGAIN for the paperwork. Never again with this place City MD took me immediately.

I appreciated the system you have put in place for calling patients to return to the office. Very wise to discontinue having people in a waiting room at this time. I know some people balked at this plan, but I truly hope other urgent care facilities will begin to do the same. You must protect the receptionist and other care providers at your facility! I also appreciated being provided with a realistic wait time of 1-3 hours. It helped me to know that we could do the errands we needed to do in areas that would allow us to return within that 10 min window. I gave a four star because I think you may want to consider encouraging the intake person. People work best when they feel valued. He seemed so stressed about the message he has to repeat to each person, some who take their frustrations out on him, particularly when they don't make it back it time! Thanks!

If you want to be greeted by someone who’s rude, condescending, and makes you feel stupid for going to an urgent care for your issue, this is the place to go. Numerous bad reviews have been left about the older man working the front desk, and I had the pleasure of experiencing his poor attitude. From the moment of check in to check out, he was incredibly rude. I was the only patient in the building at the time and I know for a fact the staff working the desk in the back heard him and how he spoke to me, and they did absolutely nothing about it. Spare yourselves the humiliation they will make you feel and go elsewhere.
