Family dinner time. Company was great, ambiance was very good, food was good and Daniel our waiter was excellent. Cost was $110.00 for 3 adults, appetizers, a couple of beers, man course and 2 deserts.

Extra attention to strict social distancing measures. Our server, Ian was friendly, masked and wearing gloves. Beverages served promptly. Fountain beverages perfectly carbonated, served in a hard plastic cup. Beer served in a very clean glass, perfect head. 2 for 22 menu consistently an outstanding bargain. Combining entree from 2 for 26 menu slight additional cost. Fiesta lime and chicken featured a plump, juicy JUST COOKED chicken breast. Subbing broccoli NO BUTTER for the rice was no problem. My companion ordered Bourbon Street Chicken and shrimp. A plump, juicy freshly prepared chicken breast paired with 6 (looked like 15 count size) sauteed, tender shrimp. An interesting sauce, gently hints of bourbon and spice. Side dish was outstanding every time Applebee's mashed potatoes.

I had the perfect margarita and tex mex bowl and it was delicious. I would definitely dine in again.

I have been to a lot of Applebees and this is probably the worst managed one. We went there for lunch at 230. It appeared there was one hostess and 2 waiters who were responsible for the entire restaurant. They had no help staff. This led to our good coming about 45 minutes after we ordered maybe longer. The waiter was actually very good and was hustling as it appeared he was handling almost every table we could see with no help. The food was the normal food you get at every one of their restaurants, waiting that long for it was not worth it.

Seating was fast. Usually you would have to wait at least 20 minutes. I haven't been there in a while and my granddaughter wanted to go. Our waitress wasn't very pleased to serve us. No smile, no how you doing. Just a quick humble of words. We ordered sodas then an appetizer. We ordered the full rack of Baby Back Ribs each. She wanted fries and I ordered garlic potatoes. When the food finally arrived about 1/2 hour later, the ribs looked like the picture, dark, on the dry side and very little meat on the ribs. We were so hungry, given we arrived a little after 8 and wasn't served until after 8:30. Maybe we should have gone somewhere else at this point, but my granddaughter likes here and I didn't want to upset her. The garlic potatoes came with bacon, cheese and sour cream, which I didn't order. I told the waitress to replace it with regular garlic potatoes and was surprised that it was still on the bill when I went to pay. I squared up the bill and maybe will try another location. I was not pleased with this visit site.

Sat at the bar. Easy to find. Place was clean and food came out quickly. Bartender was friendly. Good service overall.

Had mac n cheese with honey chicken Chicken tenders with clients slaw and green beans. Chicken wonton tacos Chicken Strips Mac n cheese Cole slaw Green beans were a little soggy but otherwise, everything else was great!

Okay understanding of the shortage of people that want to work here I get it. I work in food service. It can be hectic at times. Applebee's you gotta treat your employees better. Feed them. Give them breaks. Let them go to the bathroom. No need to hire people from the streets. Our server Daniel needed some help. He was clearly new and not trained properly. No one should be afraid of a table and be running away from them when they need you.

They gave up. Almost zero Alfredo sauce, yhe chicken was dry and the broccoli was frozen. There is nothing fresh about this. Not going back.

The food was delicious! Must try the Watermelon sangria! The food was flavorful. The portions plentiful. Rachel is the BEST! So friendly, funny, and patient! John the management is amazing! He was apologizing for the actions of another patron when the situation had absolutely nothing to do with him or the establishment as a whole. I cannot say enough about the staff at this particular store or the quality of the food. Been coming here for a few years; will keep coming here for years to come!!

Tracy is a sweetheart. She made us feel like family. Would definitely choose Applebee's for the atmosphere she creates.

We ordered to go: I ordered a beyond burger for my wife, A beyond burger is a vegatrian burger, and when we got home she opened it and it had so much bacon on it. I called the store and the manager was aplogetic but did not want to help aside from saying sorry. I asked for a refund and she said ok she will do it the next day but still nothing.

The service was so slow. The check was wrong, and the wait was way too long for everything. It took a half hour for us to get our drinks, and then waited for another 15 minutes for straws. The wait for appetizers and then our food was ridiculous as well. Half way through our food, the server asked if wanted another round of drinks. Thankfully they weren’t added to the bill because we never got them anyway. The fact that it is a Saturday night isn’t even a factor because it wasn’t that busy. Definitely not going back to this location.

Had a good time at this location. Melissa was great to me and my family. So nice and accommodating the entire time. Love the wings and beer specials.

Their happy hour is AMAZING! Jackie and Erica know what’s up, and are always there to see if we need anything else. I can’t remember the last time my drink was empty. Nina sat us right away and remembered us the last time we came out a month ago! The half apps are great and I love how Ashley the manager came around to see if we were okay! Truly a family establishment. 💕

From the moment I walked through the door until the end of my dining experience, she went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was nothing short of extraordinary.

The service was amazing! Our server Deanna was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very fast and attentive. I will definitely be asking for her next time I go. I also loved that the steak was on the 2 for $25 made the meal so affordable, what a great deal!

Kristi Nettleton was our waitress. She was very courteous and knowledgeable of all the food offered. Her suggestions were delicious. A very sweet young lady who did her job the best. Will always ask for her to be my server. Recommend very highly.

I was in the Farmingville Applebees recently and was very happy with my food and service. My server, Britney, was very attentive and sweet. Our food was good and we would happily eat here again.

We've been to this Applebee's many times, but never on a holiday before. The service was just a good, if not better! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. There were not a lot of customers tonight. We've been there when it's packed and have always had good service.

I actually had a great crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich that I really enjoyed but not a lot of things on the menu that I like. Good service, reasonable prices.

We had a really great experience here! It's a block from home and we have been to other locations but this one is fantastic! We had a server that was very pleasant, he was attentive but not suffocating and was consistently making sure we were comfortable and taken care of through the whole visit even though he was running the bar and tables. Very polite, very hard working, and just an all around great server. Food was really good too. We had been to other locations and were not impressed with the food but food and drinks here were great! Will come here again definitely! For our first dining out experience since covid I would recommend!

I'm not one to write reviews but I felt like this was necessary I have always gone to Applebee's Grill & Bar and for the most part I've had nothing the great customer service but today was an exception had a server today I believe her name is Summer we were very patient with her I am never one to Rush anyone but the fact that we had to wait 15 minutes for a check 10 minutes to actually leave is unbelievable I saw her count her tips and gather all of her things while speaking to another person we made eye contact twice and I was still waiting someone else actually had to call her over so that I could pay and leave. I believe a customer service is above any thing and I was very disappointed with my service today.

Delicious margaritas. Wonton tacos were subpar and wheb i asked for extra sauce they brought out sweet again chilli.sauce which isn't what goes on them..completely wasted my last 2 wonton 🤷‍♀️. Photo is with chili sause...you can see how.dry without it

Mike T. has taken great care of me the past few times I’ve come by. I come in by myself, after my own customer service job, and Mike knows exactly how to treat me so I feel just as valuable as the tables of 4. It was busy tonight and I never once felt like I wasn’t being prioritized. Good food, clean establishment, and a staple of Farmingdale.

Asked for med rare. Was raw in middle. No exaggeration. Broccoli not even cooked

Stopped in for a late dinner. I sat at the bar and had the Strawberry chicken salad and a glass of the strawberry lemonade. The lemonade was very refreshing and the salad had just the right amount of chicken cut up into bite size pieces. A good quick meal. Very happy with my choice of where to stop for dinner.

They were open until 1 when everything else was a no go after 10. Food was good. Service excellent. Sorry, not feeling the creative muse. I'll be more entertaining next time. I promise.

It was a good place to get some food. But the waitress was bad. Didn't refill our drinks, didn't take the dirty cups, didn't take our dirty dishes, and told us that there was no coffee made for the night. We got there at 8:30pm.

Burger was dry. Time to be seated took a long time even though it was Not busy. No bus boys so waiter/ waitress are running around clearing tables. Not a good experience.

I've got to say - service was much better 2 years ago. Servers used to be so attentive and talkative. Went there tonight, small waiting area but whatever - I can get past that. Wait wasn't horrible. Seating quite well. But the server seemed to be having a bad day. She didn't talk to use much. She handed us menus and asked us for a drink. All normal. But then she walked away and didn't come back for a bit. We got our drinks, she put them down and didn't say anything and walked away. We got our appetizer quite quickly, onion rings kind of fell apart, it you could tell it was because they were hot and fresh. Again, server didn't come by and ask how things were, if appetizers were okay, ECT. She looked over but never said anything. I didn't even know her name, she never introduced herself. Never created small talk. We got our food and she finally come over about 5 minutes later and said if things were okay, which surprised me. I asked her for BBQ sauce, which took longer then it should have to get. I was a food runner at another restaurant, so I know how it goes. In the end, she never created small talk, and didn't come back until we finished our food. We gave her a card and cash to pay half cash, half card. She seemed agitated thinking we weren't tipping her. When she came back she looked annoyed, but when we gave her a $10 for tip which we were planning to give after paying, she seemed surprised and said thank you have a good night. As if she wasn't going to wish us a goodnight because she thought we weren't going to tip her. Even though she gave us bad service, I know servers depend on tips so we were always going to tip her. It's just upsetting how she barely paid us any mind, then expected a tip in return. The food was okay, the ribs were a little dry, be bareable after adding sauce. Not sure if I'll come back again, as the food was mid and not the greatest service, but I will say it shouldn't depend on a tip to how you treat people. And if you expect a tip, you should talk to people. Kindness is free.

My children I were seated and everything was going well. Waiter came to the table and took our drinks and appetizer orders while we figure out what we'll be eating. When I put our orders I had forgotten a to substitute the broccoli. I called him back and told him that I wanted to substitute the broccoli for caw slaw. The young waiter said "I already sent your order to the back but I guess we can change it" all in while huffing a buffing like I was a bother. But because I wasn't sure if the caw slaw was an option, I asked him if I can see the menu real quick. He looked to the side, huffed and rolled his eyes while talking the menu from under his arms then he roughly handed me the menu and aggressively opened the menu while it was still on my hand and fingered pointed to the side dishes like I was a child. I confirmed the caw slaw and he snatched the menu and left. That's when I asked the manager to change our seats. I was no longer going to allow that waiter serve us. While we are waiting to have our seats change my oldest son tells me how he noticed how aggressive the waiter was towards me and my two little ones said "we should have gone to Texas Roadhouse" which made me cry. After we got our table changed we weren't being attended to properly. We had like 3 different waiters/servers come to the table yet there was no utensils, the mozzarellas came out cold and tasted stale, my meal still came with broccoli and no caw slaw. I did ask one of the waitresses about it and the caw slaw never arrived. My son and I had broccoli on our dishes that weren't touched. We ate what we could and I left zero tip!! I wanted to run out of the restaurant as fast as I could. I didn't even order desert. Waiter should be fired and the whole restaurant needs training! And if you ask me I think $85 dollars for that type of service and not getting what I wanted is extremely expensive. I will never go back!

Definitely the best Applebee’s I’ve been to. The food is always great and the staff is always nice and professional. My friends and I always come in Thursdays night for half apps. Our waitress Deanna makes our dining experience special and is very personal with us all. She is the reason we’ll continue to come back
