I have been using Jim as my mechanic since the early 90's. He never over charges, never says your car needs something when it doesn't. Oil changes are fast, tires are very reasonable. Does ny inspections. Brakes, belts, pulleys. Never an issue.

My mother had her car inspected on May 29 and was wondering why there was a CONSTANT smell of gasoline ever since. She didn’t think too much of it since there were no warning symbols lighting up on her dashboard. However, when I was in the car with her, I couldn’t ignore the smell and checked under the hood today. Turns out there was a huge gas leak under the hood because the engine oil cap was NOT securely closed! I can’t believe Firestone made this huge oversight. Stay away and go elsewhere!

Save yourself the headache !!!!!!!! they won’t refund your money or actually fix the problem your car was brought there for they have no idea how to fix cars no idea what there doing told me multiple different times what my problem was and every time it was something different after they milked me for more money and I still have the original problem today and couldn’t get a refund or even the courtesy of having the owner call me they’ll run you around and your car will be worse off from before you brought it there stay away !!!!!!!!

Don't know if there are really mechanic. They could not even diagnosed a vibration on my car. Tell me I need the dealers for that.

Go here with caution.. went in with a clanking noise coming from my right front tire area. Was told it was one thing(even though I thought it was something else), got it fixed, and 3 days later the noise came back and once I checked a coil over spring was broken. Took it to another Firestone so they can check it out (this was closed) and they told me they could not find this Firestone in their system and was an independent store, not part of the Firestone franchise. (No warranty at other Firestone if you go here).

I went there to get an oil change, it was fast but I did not like the no phone policy. Makes you feel restricted as if you were at a library.

Took my car there for timing belt kit replacement . Next day when I picked it up the heat was not working I called them they told me to bring it back . Then they said that the water pump that I provided was bad told me that I needed to replace it again and everything will be fine . They charged me to replace the water pump . When I picked it up I heard a noise coming out from the engine. I took it to Honda Dealer for diagnostic Honda said that I needed a new engine because it had misfire and they found ante freezer everywhere they said they don’t know what this other people did . I took it back to Firestone for the Third time The owner told me to leave the car few hours later called me to come in to tell me that the engine was bad and other bunch of excuses . He said that they didn’t work on the engine and didn’t take responsibility at all. For what I know the timing belt and the components make the engine works . I end up expending 10k for a new engine . Never going back there not even for oil change ...
