Extremely
impressed.
Took
my
mother
to
get
mammo/US.
Working
in
radiology
before,
I
know
how
hectic
things
can
get
and
often
scans
can
run
behind.
My
mother
had
a
8:00am
and
was
taken
in
a
minute
after.
The
front
staff
was
very
knowledgeable,
patient,
and
efficient
even
at
7:45am
on
a
Saturday.
She
finished
all
of
her
scans
by
8:40am.
She
told
me
how
pleasantly
surprised
she
was
by
how
kind
everyone
was.
There
was
even
a
Korean
technician
who
spoke
to
her
in
Korean
which
I’m
sure
was
very
comforting
considering
my
mom
was
very
nervous.
In
my
old
job,
reports
and
imaging
would
take
days
to
get
back
to
patients.
Shockingly,
we
checked
the
patient
portal
to
learn
that
her
X-ray
was
already
read
with
a
published
and
signed
report
was
uploaded
to
our
portal
in
about
20
mins
after
she
left
the
place.
And
while
the
front
desk
staff
said
that
the
mammo
reports
may
take
a
couple
of
days,
the
reports
were
so
readily
accessible
an
hour
after
the
scan.
I
am
impressed
at
how
cohesively
the
team
worked
from
the
front
staff
that
was
checking
temperatures
and
taking
information
(didn’t
miss
a
single
person)
to
the
technicians
that
were
busy
rushing
in
patients
on
time
efficiently.
I
am
also
very
impressed
that
even
though
COVID
restrictions
in
NYS
are
beginning
to
relax,
that
everyone
was
taking
COVID
very
seriously
still.
Many
people
getting
scans
could
be
Immuno
compromised
and
I
was
grateful
that
this
Zwanger
had
masks
and
temperature
checks
strictly
enforced.
Having
negative
experiences
in
Zwanger
in
Nassau
county,
I
am
absolutely
trusting
this
location
and
will
definitely
be
returning
for
any
future
scans.
Amazing
work
and
props
to
the
entire
staff
for
their
hard
work;
it
is
absolutely
appreciated
and
should
be
recognized
more
often
by
higher-ups.

job
to
the
Saturday
morning
team
and
thank
you
for
a
quick
and
painless
morning!!!
