My initial visit to ZP was not at this location, but at the St Nicolas Ave Bronx location. Let me explain how they worked with me and why I gave them 5 full stars. I was a MVA in Feb and I had several MRI to do. I am claustrophobic and because of the accident my anxiety, ptsd and trauma left me so mentally unstable that every time I went in to do the test I freaked out upon seeing the machine. ZP's team in the Bronx is so caring, courteous and helpful that when I had an episode in the machine the techs calmed me down and told me that it's ok and they will forward my paperwork to the sedation team because it seems that would be the only solution for me. Within a 20min period of leaving, a team member called me to schedule a date and sedation. I spoke to my dr and got my scripts. ZP Briana set me up and on April 12th I went into Stony brook's facility. The wait was minimal. The team was awesome. The 8 young ladies that took care of me from the intake to my IV to giving me water, helping me onto the machine and calmly doing their jobs I finally got my mri done . They gave me music and was gentle and very much worthy my gratitude. Nicholas and Merik much thanks to you guys for contacting me through my dr and making this experience an easy one. Always so nice and caring. Great staff. If you need IV sedation this is the place to go. Great for claustrophobic patients! Easy check in process. I highly recommend them.

Their online patient portal seems to be designed by someone from the 1800's. It takes an hour to just connect to their online system after multiple failed attempts (just to point out that my wifi is great, and this is not the problem). The phone system is not much better, but it is slightly better than the online portal which is ironic - we are in the 21st century. However, the doctors and the staff are very nice once you manage to schedule an appointment.

They have added a concierge- Matt - and he is just delightful; welcoming you at the door and helping the “technology challenged” register for appointments. Have utilized Zwanger-Pesiri services, at various locations, for years. Rarely a wait. Staff is professional, informative and emphatic.

Extremely impressed. Took my mother to get mammo/US. Working in radiology before, I know how hectic things can get and often scans can run behind. My mother had a 8:00am and was taken in a minute after. The front staff was very knowledgeable, patient, and efficient even at 7:45am on a Saturday. She finished all of her scans by 8:40am. She told me how pleasantly surprised she was by how kind everyone was. There was even a Korean technician who spoke to her in Korean which I’m sure was very comforting considering my mom was very nervous. In my old job, reports and imaging would take days to get back to patients. Shockingly, we checked the patient portal to learn that her X-ray was already read with a published and signed report was uploaded to our portal in about 20 mins after she left the place. And while the front desk staff said that the mammo reports may take a couple of days, the reports were so readily accessible an hour after the scan. I am impressed at how cohesively the team worked from the front staff that was checking temperatures and taking information (didn’t miss a single person) to the technicians that were busy rushing in patients on time efficiently. I am also very impressed that even though COVID restrictions in NYS are beginning to relax, that everyone was taking COVID very seriously still. Many people getting scans could be Immuno compromised and I was grateful that this Zwanger had masks and temperature checks strictly enforced. Having negative experiences in Zwanger in Nassau county, I am absolutely trusting this location and will definitely be returning for any future scans. Amazing work and props to the entire staff for their hard work; it is absolutely appreciated and should be recognized more often by higher-ups. Great job to the Saturday morning team and thank you for a quick and painless morning!!!

Staff was wonderful especially Donna she made sure everything ran smoothly and my mom was comfortable for her MRI scan since my mom was anxious about the procedure. I would definitely recommend this Zwanger.

I had a shoulder arthrogram with Dr. Alex , the tech that assisted him with the procedure was Summer , she was very professional and sweet . Dr. Alex was amazing , very efficient and quick, I would give the level of discomfort 0.5 out of 10. Mri tech was Dan , I’m claustrophobic and having Dan as the tech that did my mri helped me a lot. Front desk staff are all very sweet and professional as well . Very pleasant experience!

08/22/2022. Had to have MRI. I have had many before but I am Extremely Clostrophobic. They always did iv sedation. No more. My doc suggested (3) .25 xanex 2 hours prior. I also informed all the staff a Zwanger. "THEY WERE SPECTACULAR" Profesional, patient, and very calming. Got throught it fine. BTW, I'm 6'5" (a big baby)

Did not feel safe handing my identification and insurance cards to two different people

Was told there was NO copay and SENT TO OUT TO A LAYERS OFFICE FOR A 15 DOLLAR CLLLECTION. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO FAMILY VALUES. SAD TO SAY YR. FAMILY SHOULD 👪 GO TO NORTH WELL HEALTH IS A MUCH BETTER CHOICE.

Fabulous experience! I went in for a CT scan with Contrast to make sure I didn't fracture a rib after a fall. They were so efficient so quick. It didn't hurt at all! They had me in & out of the office with results in hand in under an hour! Great & friendly staff! Clean facility!! Highly recommend!!

The people that work at this office are wonderful. They are all pleasant and helpful. The problem is Zwanger management. I had an MRI of my lumbar spine done as I need to be treated for pain. It used to be that reports were available within hours to maybe a day. I noticed my last few MRI s were taking a couple of days to get posted. Now with this last one it has been over a week and they still have not read and posted my report. I can't schedule treatment until we have this. Either they won't hire enough doctors to read these or they pay so little that they can't can't get anyone. Either way they are not as efficient as they were when they were trying to take over imaging from their competetors.
