The fact that this place has the rating it does blows my mind. This place is laughable with the kind of facial they give. I would not recommend to anyone, it’s not an experience worth spending money on. There are many estheticians out there that go above and beyond, this was a very basic facial. The expectations had been prior discussed and I feel like my mom was just taken advantage of for not speaking the language. It’s been a few hours since the facial and we now notice that the mask applied wasn’t even properly washed off her face. This was not a mother daughter facial. I would never go to a place like this. She wasn’t even asked to take her top off, just a small towel placed on her clothing. Honestly I think you need to make sure the people who work for you care for your establishment and whatever it does stand for. This review is based off everything she told me about her experience.

Coming from a licensed aesthetician...The hydrafacial was nice but felt rushed. Neck and decollete area was untouched. Massage almost non existent. It definitely wasn't a "spa" like experience. First spa I went to were you lay down in the clothes you come in with. No consultation about skin concerns just straight to point -facial. It always nice to end with an algae mask but here i felt as if I was rushed right out. Overall, I've had better experiences for the same price and other spas. Unfortunately, won't be returning.

This spa is 10/10! All the girls are amazing, very professional and polite. They really know what they’re doing and I always feel like I’m in good hands. Special thanks to Inna and Dana. The spa is also immaculately clean and welcoming.

My daughter & I both had facials. It was my daughter first facial. She loved it and can’t wait to come back for another facial. Her skin looked so refreshed and clean afterwards. My signature facial was relaxing and my skin was glowing afterwards. We will be back again !

I went to Smooth Generation and got a microneedling facial with Dana. After a previous facial with Dana she advised that my skin would really benefit from microneedling so I figured I would try it out. I have only gone for 1 of my 3 sessions so far and I already see a huge difference with my skin! Dana is amazing, she is so knowledgeable and doesn’t try to sell you random products and procedures unless she believes they will truly help.

Smooth Generation is a wonderful spa. It’s very clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Inna is lovely and very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend it.
