I
have
been
once
before
in
this
facility
quite
a
number
of
years
ago
when
I
had
a
torn
ligament
on
my
calf
and
the
service
was
flawless.
So
when
my
husband
needed
an
emergency
medical
attention
on
6/26/23
noon
time
,
I
brought
my
hrs
and
to
this
facility.
I
don't
know
what
happened
to
the
front
desk
service
and
parking
services,
however,
once
you
are
inside
the
medical
area
,
the
medical
staff
to
name
a
few
:
the
nurse
aide
(
Deborah)
,
Jessica
Kovach
(nurse),
MD
Ramraj
(resident)
and
Dr.
Kim
(
attending)
,
provided
us
with
stellar
services
.
The
technicians
as
well
which
I
wasn't
able
to
get
their
names.
It
Took
almost
3
hours
to
be
seen
by
the
MD
because
they
were
swarmed
with
patients
plus
we
were
COVID
infected
so
needed
a
room
for
us
to
be
isolated.
Need
for
improvement
:
1.
Security
at
the
gate
didn't
mention
that
they
can
provide
emergency
valet
so
I
have
to
park
a
bit
far
to
the
garage
and
dropped
off
my
husband
to
the
ER
who
was
unwell.
Though
he
mentioned
that
I
don't
have
to
pay
because
ticket
will
be
validated
in
ER.
2.
ER
front
desk
-
young
staff
and
triage
nurse
could
use
some
bedside
manners.
When
you're
in
pain
and
nervous,
you
really
needed
some
compassion
.
My
husband
is
a
very
nice
person
who
don't
complain.
Anyway,
past
noon
time,
a
matured
woman
replaced
the
young
front
desk
staff
and
service
was
a
lot
better.
She
responded
to
me
nicely
when
I
followed
up
after
2
hours
of
waiting.
3.
Needs
Better
coordination
between
front
desk
and
medical
unit
as
every
time
someone
enters
our
room
to
attend
to
us,
we
noticed
that
no
one
wears
a
mask
so
as
soon
they
open
the
door,
I
will
tell
them
not
to
come
in
without
a
mask
because
we're
covid
infected.
My
husband
can't
talk
because
of
his
inflamed
throat
so
am
the
one
telling
the
medical
staff.
Someone
failed
to
put
a
sign
on
the
room
door
that
a
COVID
patient
was
inside
.
Anyway,
overall
experience
was
very
good.
