I was given excellent customer services, I had purchased Le'Vian pieces several years ago and had no certificate or information on my merchandise from years ago. Back in the day they gave you a certificate number but I mailed it in never got anything from it. And just recently I sent in information and I was given the actual tag number the wait color and clarity of all my jewelry that they could give me. I so appreciate it thank you so much. Amazing Experience! I was so disappointed about losing the stone in my LeVian chocolate diamond ring and I reached out via the website and immediately got a response. There was always constant communication and the person that responded to my text questions and requests for updates was always so helpful. They went above and beyond and fixed my ring under warranty and even made contact with the local jewelry store that was giving me problems with the repair. I didn't get names of the person on the other end of the text line, but they are amazing!!

Wonder customer service. I needed a ring repaired so I used the text messaging instead of calling. They responded quickly. They sent me my certificate via email within 5 minutes and I was able to go to the store to have it sent in for the repair without any problems. They say LeVian stands by their products and I surely can witness that. I’ll buy their products before any other.

I contacted Le Vian customer service by chat. I had an issue with the warranty for my Le Vian ring and I wanted to know if the ring was warranted with them and how long the warranty was. I was being offered a warranty by the department store that sold me the ring and they told me to purchase a separate warranty. Since I already had a warranty with Le Vian and the customer representative confirmed that they would repair my ring I didn’t need the warranty the store sold me. This was a bit deceptive on the part of the store since the process is the same. The department store refunded me my warranty fee and my ring was sent to be repaired under the Le Vian lifetime limited warranty. I’m thankful the customer service rep helped me with my repair and I didn’t have to pay additional for a warranty. Customer service emailed me a copy of the warranty for future reference. Thanks for all your help.

I love LeVian. I’ve been buying since 2010. The quality is excellent and I love their Trade In-Trade Up offer. I just keep trading up. The stones are unique and come in a nice variety of prices.

Beautiful rings. However 2 out of 4 of my rings the bands have cracked. One ring 2 times and one ring once. Will never buy anymore. Expensive rings and low quality metal. No more for us.

Although I’m unsure (unless it’s a Levian trademark to verify it’s an official Levian piece) why there appears to be one diamond missing from all my rings , the pieces that I purchased are lovely. Product registration is super simple , and have had two warranty repairs done with efficiency . Doesn’t look like they were repaired at all! They are a bit on the pricey side , but so far are worth the money.

The jewelry absolutely is gorgeous! The chocolate diamonds are so beautiful and unique! To top all that, the customer service is outstanding! I will definitely purchase more pieces in the near future!

Great customer service. I had some questions about a ring I saw on vacation that I couldn't get out of my mind, LoL. Le Vian was able to find the item number for me if I choose to have it ordered through a Le Vian retailer. I'm happy I could track it down, thanks to their help. I wasn't familiar with the brand until I saw that ring. Checking online they have a long history and good reputation for their jewelry. It was nice to read all about them. Thanks again for your help.
