During a drive on the Cross Island Parkway , I hit a horrible pot hole and my run- flat tire and ended up with a huge hole ! I was lucky to get off the highway and not too far from the Mavis discount tire in Franklin Square . I was helped immediately by a lovely Asst. Manager named Anita . She was Awesome ! She was kind and put me at ease quickly . They didn’t have the tire I needed but located one at another location quickly. Russ , the Manager , also jumped in quickly to make sure they got the correct tire “curried” over ASAP since I live an hour away . This MAVIS is run extremely well in a world where it very hard to get good Service. Thank you Mavis ! Best, Angela D’Onofrio

My car was taken care of well and offered excellent customer service by Frank and Tory, they went out of their way to assist me and help me get tires on my car asap for a fair price. I would have given a five star review, however my only complaint is a mistake was made when ordering my tires, a gentleman by the name of Cesar ordered my tires for me the day before and although he was helpful and courteous to me and assisted me with the tire finance process, when I asked him more than once if he ordered an all season tire for my car, a summer tire ended up being delivered the next day and had I not noticed the tires not being the same type that I had ordered this could have ended in a dangerous situation or damage to my car with me assuming they were all season tires and driving summer tires in cold weather. I ended up having to install more expensive tires because I needed tires asap and they were the only tires in stock for my car. I appreciate the mistake being fixed right away and me still being able to get tires the same day.

Mavis discount on at Franklin Square has the best customer service in all of nyc. Highly recommend a visit. The most loving and knowledge staff there is. Highly recommend this location for any vehicle questions or concerns

First time visitor at this Mavis. Visited this location due to having a nail in my tire. Customer service was good, very professional. However, I waited 2 hours and was charged $45 to plug/patch my tire. I’ve never paid this much , but perhaps these are the going rates now, I’m honestly not sure. I remember paying around $15-$20 in the past….and I’ve never waited 2 hours for something that is repaired in 15 min. But I assume this is store policy to serve each customer as they arrive, regardless of the nature of the problem. If the price was better and wait time was less I’d have given 5 stars.

I'm a neighbor customer who's been going to this tire store for years and had given them good reviews but today I'm so frustrated and my time was wasted. I came for a tire installation and a leaking tire which I expect to be done in few minutes coz Anita the front lady said there's only one car ahead of me. So I went for a walk and after over an hour went back to see my car still on the lift and the manager (Frank) said technician is still working on it. Really? after over an hour, the people behind me all left and I'm still waiting. Hope the Corporate office is listening to this review and do the right thing or else they loose a lot of customers.

Amazing, speedy service, and very friendly employees!!! I came in with a flat tire and they patched it up and put it back on for me within 30 minutes. Prices are very reasonable as well. This place absolutely prioritizes its customers, will 100% be back when I need a replacement or another tire fix up. Absolutely recommend!

Great service, always awesome people up front at the desk, fast in and out. I love that i can order my tire sizes online after dinner, pay for everything online and go get it installed the next day. Definitely 5 stars.

Anita was very personable when working with me and trying to figure out the best options for my car. The process was very simple and the price very affordable. They talked me through the inspection results and made sure I understood everything they did before I left. They also gave me helpful advice/tips for the future to maintain my car. Bryan has amazing customer service at the front desk. The guys in the back finished my vehicle inspection and notified me that my battery test came back weak so i got that changed too. They’re very nice and overall great experience 10/10 would come back in the future for any car maintence services.

Came in for some repairs and the possibilities of needing tires. Had a wonder experience. Speaking with Rich, and setting everything up. Discussing what I mean and what we can do now or that I could come back for. The work that Jason does did is fantastic, and the care and pride he shows though is work makes me want to come back. Everyone is very nice and willing to talk to you and help with and questions or concerns you have. Amazing experience. Amazing work. Great people. This is my new go to spot!!

I just finished my NYS Inspection here. The guys are SO helpful, so honest, so efficient, and clean. Not only was my service complete, and efficient, but they even equalized my tire pressure.

Had a situation where I needed to get my vehicle inspected for warranty work. I called this place and everyone who I spoke with were very commutative and transparent. Russ who I had the pleasure of working with took care of me regardless that I didn’t purchase tires from this location. He went above and beyond expectations and made my situation seem like a piece of cake when in actuality there are a lot more moving parts. After my visit, Russ followed up with me in regards to what are the next steps to take and walked me through the process of whom else I need to speak with. I recommend this location as I came from a different location prior to here and they brushed me off without even trying. I will gladly come back for any tire related issue moving forward.

Love these guys, I’m in every couple of months for maint. and they’re always fast courteous - they get me right in and out. Never would you think you could bring your car in last minute at the end of the day, or the middle of a weekend day and they have it ready for you and NO ‘TUDE when you drop off! Thanks guys 👍🏽
