My boyfriend and I went to Jared’s to get my necklace cleaned. While we waited we looked at engagement rings. I had rose gold ring with a black diamond in mind. Saba was so helpful she took her time showing us different styles. Thanks to her suggestions we decided to go with a traditional white diamond with a rose gold band and black diamond enhancer. The first day I came here with my fiancé we met with Sal and he spent hours with us trying to find the perfect engagement ring that I wanted. I finally got my dream ring and got my fiancé his wedding band. We later returned to pick up the rings as they were sent for resizing however my fiancés ring was one size loose. SCAM ALERT! They messed up on my ring order in August. Saying it would take a week to be delivered. A week + later I get an email saying my order is cancelled. I called the store, they had no idea. After back and forth conversations with Maria, the manager I get told I will need 12 weeks for my ring to be processed. I'm obviously no patience enough for 12 weeks. Go to an amazing local store have a beautiful ring made in under a week. WEEKS later I get a phone call from Maria saying... " one of the rings your ordered has been delivered. The other one can't be processed without a deposit." It is the day 10/30. I have been waiting since August for a call, if I needed the ring I would have needed to know way before know that I needed a deposit. Long story short I have a worthless Jarad's ring and a beautiful custom ring I bought from a small business that was half the price for half the time. SHOUT OUT TO LAFINY IN QUEENS, NY!!!

I have two necklaces for about 40+ years that I hate wearing. Because of the clasps. Talk about horrible! They made it impossible to put the necklaces on and if I managed to get them on, I would border on breaking the necklaces to get them off. They were these barrel type things with a tab that needed to go into a slot and a ring the had to go over a ball. Ackkkk!!!!! Went to see Lorraine at the Carle Place Jared. She did a phenomenal job of having nice sized lobster claw clasps put on and had a wonderful cleaning and polish job done on them. She made sure that the charm that was one the one necklace could easily be removed. I'm definitely going to be going back again for any other jewelry needs. The store is clean, the staff very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.
