Terrible
from
Start.
On

Approximately
2:30pm.
After
washing
my
hair
it
all
began.
Sass
given
as
though
she
was
talking
to
a
child.
She
kept
roughly
moving
my
head.
I
said
jokingly
I
guess
its
got
a
mind
of
its
own.
She
exclaimed
loudly
as
she
was
snapping
my
head
again.
YOU
NEED
TO
LEARN
HOW
TO
CONTROL
IT!
I
looked
around
and
saw
Beatrice
(which
I
had
her
when
I
started
going
back
to
Fantastic
Sams).
Beatrice
was
everything
she
was
supposed
to
be,
a
good
listener
kind
and
most
certainly
gentle.
I
thought
oh
my
goodness
can
I
change
hair
stylist.
I
attempted
to
tell
her
last
time
I
came
in
for
haircut,
it
was
cut
shorter
than
what
I
wanted.
(that
person
was
Kesna)
I
tried
to
explain
why,
she
interrupted
me
and
just
show
me
the
picture.
I
tried
once
more
to
explain
why
I
wanted
this
particular
hair
style
with
my
balding
sites,
she
just
exclaimed
loudly.
Look,
I
can
give
you
an
illusion
of
this
haircut,
but
your
hair
is
too
short.
She
didn't
listen,
didn't
plan
on
it.
I
could
never
keep
my
head
in
the
right
angle
she
wanted,
so
she
just
kept
snapping
my
head
in
the
way
she
wanted
I
told
myself,
she
is
having
a
really
bad
day,
so
I
just
sat
there
in
quiet
throughout
the
haircut.
I
didn't
even
care
about
looking.
When
I
went
to
pay,
I
left
her
a
$1.00
tip
and
wrote
on
receipt,
needs
an
attitude
adjustment.
She
said
I
don't
understand.
I
said
Yep
that's
just
it.
That's
why
you
have
the
attitude
you
have.
I
went
for
a
haircut
not
a
confrontation.
She
actually
came
to
my
car
as
I
was
putting
my
walker
in
and
was
putting
the
dollar
in
my
purse.
This
was
even
beyond
being
out
of
line.
She
didn't
offer
her
name,
but
I
see
on
the
ticket
it
reads
server
17.
She
is
the
woman
in
2nd
chair
on
left.
I
don't
plan
another
visit
to
Fantastic
Sam's
at
all.
I'm
quite
frankly
appalled!
