Terrible from Start. On 07/05/22 .... Approximately 2:30pm. After washing my hair it all began. Sass given as though she was talking to a child. She kept roughly moving my head. I said jokingly I guess its got a mind of its own. She exclaimed loudly as she was snapping my head again. YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO CONTROL IT! I looked around and saw Beatrice (which I had her when I started going back to Fantastic Sams). Beatrice was everything she was supposed to be, a good listener kind and most certainly gentle. I thought oh my goodness can I change hair stylist. I attempted to tell her last time I came in for haircut, it was cut shorter than what I wanted. (that person was Kesna) I tried to explain why, she interrupted me and just show me the picture. I tried once more to explain why I wanted this particular hair style with my balding sites, she just exclaimed loudly. Look, I can give you an illusion of this haircut, but your hair is too short. She didn't listen, didn't plan on it. I could never keep my head in the right angle she wanted, so she just kept snapping my head in the way she wanted I told myself, she is having a really bad day, so I just sat there in quiet throughout the haircut. I didn't even care about looking. When I went to pay, I left her a $1.00 tip and wrote on receipt, needs an attitude adjustment. She said I don't understand. I said Yep that's just it. That's why you have the attitude you have. I went for a haircut not a confrontation. She actually came to my car as I was putting my walker in and was putting the dollar in my purse. This was even beyond being out of line. She didn't offer her name, but I see on the ticket it reads server 17. She is the woman in 2nd chair on left. I don't plan another visit to Fantastic Sam's at all. I'm quite frankly appalled!

I asked for a quick trim, and that was all she did. I was charged 24$. This place is a total joke for prices. I've been coming here for 2 years and was NEVER charged that much. This place is a total joke. Don't come get your haircut here. There are so many other places in town that won't rip you off.

Did great on my daughters haircut and style. We called and they were polite. We showed up and they were able to get us right in and took great care of us. Thank you so much. First time there. Hadn't had my hair cut for the last few years, and it was too long. Especially with summer just around the corner. There's one over near our closest Wal-Mart, so we signed up online and got a discount for our services. The salon was clean. The staff was really polite, and I went from hair below my shoulders, to an asymmetrical pixie. My new stylist, Amy, did a great job!! She gave me exactly what I asked for, and even made a few suggestions that make it super easy to style my hair!! My daughter also got her hair thinned and cut, after a few years, and liked how well her stylist did her hair too. We'll definitely be going back! And if you don't have a coupon, try going on a Tuesday, I think that's "Ladies' Night",and they offer a special discount or rate!

The staff here are so patient and understanding! This is the first pleasant experience we have had with my three year old who is sensory sensitive to noise, lights ect. After trying many different salons and barbers we actually felt welcomed and understood here. Michelle and Kenya went above and beyond and we will definitely be coming back. It’s also very clean!

Thanks to Taylor I need to get a bunch of hats and hair ties and will need to have my hair fixed and to fix it it will need to be cut shorter and it's super un even and not what I asked for at all I had face framing layers now my whole head has short layers I hate my hair and will be covering it up and for not using any heat on my hair it smelled burnt and my poor daughter got the same hair cut I asked for 2 inches to be taken off she Butchered her hair thank God she likes it but again not what I asked for at all she had mid back length hair tole her to do face frame layers on her and take 2 inches off her hair is also un even and it's not a good experience at all if Taylor comes near your hair run and run fast

Got a haircut on 5/30/23. It was done just the way I wanted, and the lady cutting my hair was fast and precise. The place has a nice vibe to it, it feels very calming.

Have been at this location many times but I arrived at 4:17 pm requested highlights and a trim no we don’t have time close at 6 so I left and went to salon in Walmart and got my highlights and trim ( note they also close at 6) I would call that customer service . I will never return again

Today I stopped in for a shampoo, blow dry & flat iron. Ms. Kenya is the bomb. She is the best of the best and takes her time and is talented. I’m so happy I gave FS a chance. I’ll definitely be returning!

I love my hairdresser, Berenice does a great job. Never disappointed.

Amy is my Stylist and has been for 2 years. She always does a FANTASTIC job cutting my hair. I get Compliments on my hair cut all the time. I would never go anywhere else.

I had my hair colored and was very satisfied. I found the salon very quiet to the point I felt an atmosphere as if the staff were not talking to each other or for that matter to the customer's. I personally like an nice place to get my hair done so obviously I will think twice about going to this salon again. Giana did a great job and I did love my hair. Thanks Joan Macvarish
