I recently moved from Texas to Orlando area and here are a couple of things I can say about Wemert Group Realty: 1. Customer service is impeccable. I was rerouted to Doris Cancel after a couple of minutes of finding out what I was looking for. She is not only an amazing realtor, but an awesome human overall. She went the extra step of being there for me and making the process of buying a house truly flawless. 2. Communication in this team is commendable, and extremely easy. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. 3. Need to add to some emphasis here: Doris rocks! Truly the best realtor/ buyer experience I have had. My wife and I am absolutely without a doubt recommend Wemert Realty group if you were looking to buy a home in the central Florida area! To provide context, my wife and I are first time homebuyers and we currently reside in Pennsylvania. My wife had found out and was looking into Wemert realty group through their Facebook page and noticed that they had a five out of five stars and we figured that they were our best bet to look for a home in Florida in this crazy market. We got paired up with Cindy Riggs, Who was beyond incredible throughout the entire experience answering all of our questions and responding promptly to our texts and emails. Being that my wife and I live in Pennsylvania we took some extended time off of work to drive down to Florida, meet Cindy, and we’re lucky enough to look at 11 homes and put bids on three of them.. unfortunately… We lost them all due to better offers including one that was paid in all cash. Again, just an absolutely insane market to be in for buying a home.. Fast forward about three weeks later, Cindy had reached out to my wife and I and advised us of a listing that had not even hit the market yet. Unfortunately, my wife and I were unable to take any additional time off work and would not be able to see the property in person… Cindy and her coworker Jennifer Rigsby were able to convince the sellers to take a video walk-through of their house for us and we fell in love with the property and found out it was minutes away from our friends! After reviewing the video walk-through and working with Cindy we decided to put in an offer, eventually received a counter offer and secured the home!! Outside of the property itself… Cindy and the whole Wemert Team helped us with; inspectors, homeowners insurance recommendation, closing details, etc. anything that had to do with the homebuying process, Wemert either had an answer or a recommendation for my wife and I. We are beyond thankful to have worked with such an amazing Realty group and would absolutely 100% recommend Wemert Realty group to anyone looking to buy a home and they Central Florida Orlando area!

Oh, Well! What can we say about Tony? He is just GREAT! He has been with us since the end of 2021 when we decided to sell our first home of 21 years. He just didn't help us selling it, he also helped our 2 oldest, 25-27 y/o kids to become first time home owners!. Also helped us to buy a piece of land, while we were trying to find our future HOME. Jen was always available to answer my questions and give me advice all the time looking out for my best interests. Although I am a pretty low-key person, there were a few times when I just had to vent and Jen would have the right words to calm me down and even have me laugh about it. Our experience with Doris was incredible! She was really patient, dedicated and she was always ready to help us in anything that we need. Even after closing, she is always available and willing to help us on the many doubts we have. Thank you to my agent Jose Agosto who took his time and found me and my family the perfect house and to his partner Sarah Zack, to the man who has the plans to get veterans financing and assistance with closing Austin Grocoff (no down payment and no closing cost, only $950 for inspections to get in the house)!! 10/10 recommend Lauren Miller as a realtor. One of my best friends was randomly matched with her through Zillow and had an amazing experience buying her first home. Shortly after, my fiancé and I were looking to buy our first home and I immediately trusted my friends referral- without even seeing all these positive reviews. After hearing horror stories from the current crazy market, I was shocked that we not only had options but Lauren really backed us and negotiated our way into the home I KNEW was meant to be. She has so much knowledge, incredible work ethic, and a great network of professional connections. My fiancé was impressed with how thorough she was with her research. Her assistant Abby was super kind, helpful and always available to answer questions or assist with showings. Jennifer S, the client care coordinator, also worked hard to get all of our documents in order and made a quick inspection and closing window seem less overwhelming. All three ladies were organized, informative, and helpful- I had almost no stress during this entire experience and we ended up in the home I really wanted!

We just closed this week on our first home together and I can’t say enough great things about Zee and everyone at Wemert Group Reality! If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would!! Ashley Murphy - Wemert Group helped my husband and I sell our existing home and buy a new one. I would recommend her to anyone I know. I'm a detailed oriented person, so Ashley's attention to detail and great follow-up was the terrific. There were a few tough situations created by the builder we were buying from and Ashley handled them with excellent professionalism and calm. My husband and I worked with Cindy Riggs last January to purchase a home in the Hamlin section of Horizon West, Winter Garden. The market was hot and was about to get hotter so we knew we had to act fast. We made an offer the first day the house was on the market and Cindy moved so quickly getting all the paper work done and explaining everything that needed to be done in great detail that the process didn't feel overwhelming. Had a great experience selling our home with Wemert Realty. The commission was very competitive compared to other agents we shopped. Joe Jones is very professional and very knowledgeable about the entire process. He was always available when we called. Communication was great throughout the process from setting up the listing to showing the house to closing. Sale was more than asking. He even helped with getting a contractor to fix some exterior work on the house that was very reasonably priced. Jennifer Sambolin was very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know about any documents, contracts, inspections and the closing. She also had great reminders about things we needed to do and cancel before our closing. I can’t say enough great things about this top notch team.
