GREAT COCKTAIL BAR!!! popped in for a cocktail after dinner nearby, cocktail barman is really good, ordered a hibiscus cocktail and then a lemon drop. See pics below, but just executed beautifully, tasted amazing too! Highly recommended- NOTE: I didn’t stay there so cannot review hotel, despite it looking pretty cool

The Good: Great spot on the beach with amazing views of the ocean from our room. Great service in the hotel such as welcome bottle of water with fresh fruits, turn down service, bringing up our bags, and even bringing up a mini fridge for our drinks and food (the mini bar has a fridge, but if you move anything for more than 30 secs you will get charged). Shout out to front desk agent Ryan. He provided great customer service. The Bad: While eating breakfast at a booth in Florie’s, a roach 🪳 ran across the top of the booth and ran behind a flower pot. Maybe it was a bad day, but I except better from a high end hotel. (2) On the beach the previous day we had fantastic service. Our waiter was constantly coming by to refill our cups of water (extremely hot day) and was there for anything else we needed. We tipped him well for his job well done. Now, the next day, the service was severely lacking and unless you are throwing $100 bills at this waiter, you were barely looked at. We know this because the couple next to us was handing the guy $$$ bills every time he went over to them. Lastly, housekeeping service was lacking. The first day we had great housekeeping, and the last night here there was no room cleaning and no turn down service. Overall, I have stayed at many upscale hotels and this is place does not hit the level of service I have been accustomed to. Also, what is the sewage smell right when you walk through the front doors of the hotel? The smell was there the entire time we stayed there.

Service - excellent. Vibe - excellent. Food - excellent. Pool/beach - excellent. Room - excellent. Spa experience was less than ideal, although they tried to make it as good as possible given the circumstances. Apparently spa is under renovation during the week, so you have to get your treatments in a guest room, not a huge issue, but good to keep spa access and experience in mind. The spa closure was disclosed up front when booking appointment so that was nice to see.

If you’re looking for a king size bed you can’t find it here, they advertise queen size beds as “their version of a king” on their site, totally false advertising. My husband and I took a trip without the kids for the first time and we were so ready for some sleep, unfortunately we were crammed in a bed smaller than ours at home. We brought this up a few times to the staff and were finally credited the amount for the snacks we ate from the snack drawer, no the pringle’s and m&ms were not worth my 6’2 husband and I being uncomfortable. Gym was nice, gift shop was nice, food was meh. Beach covered in seaweed but the beach service was nice. Not walkable to anything. Over priced and overrated. Big yikes.

My husband and I decided to come here for a relaxing 'mini-vaction' (the week before spring break). The hotel is beautiful and very 'beachy'. Rooms were clean and the beds plenty comfortable. I really liked how spacious the bathrooms were with plenty of room for both my husband and I to get ready for a night out on the town. However, it's the staff that definitely set this place apart. They were incredible, eager to help, and went above and beyond! My husband and I enjoyed spending time out by the pool and even saw a duck stop in for some quick R&R while we enjoyed some morning coffee. We would definitely come here again in the future.

Beautiful resort but it’s the PEOPLE that sets the Four Seasons apart. Service beyond excellent! Rooms are too small but everything else was perfect! That stretch of beach is glorious. They always go the extra mile at Four Seasons. Thanks for a job well done.

5 star for the best staff attention and friendliness. Absolutely fantastic. The hotel is ok. The one thing I just can’t understand is the carpet in the rooms. It looks old and dirty. But the rest of the room is well appointed although dated. I understand that it was decorated in the style of Palm beach, but it just not me. Hotel is mostly in very good condition except in a few areas such exterior title and other little things. Hotel looks a little tired. But I would recommend it for a relaxing get away.

Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Palm Beach. Attentive staff, delicious food, and relaxing ambiance. Grab a massage at the spa, go for a bike ride (they have bikes you can use) and spend some time on the beach. Can’t wait to come visit again soon!

By far hotel with the best customer service. Everything you need is there. Private beach access, pool, multiple restaurants and bars, amenities, . Animations for kids. Outstanding event place... The food is amazing in any restaurant. Pool and bar staff is attentive, always smiling even though the conditions are harsh. Rooms are ok. Clean and bright. You are not going to vacation to stay in the room anyways.

I had the incredible opportunity to capture a wedding at the Four Seasons Hotel in Palm Beach, and I am still mesmerized by the experience. From the moment I stepped onto the premises, I was greeted by a sense of elegance and luxury that is truly unparalleled. The stunning views that this venue offers are nothing short of breathtaking. As a wedding photographer, I am always on the lookout for captivating backdrops, and the Four Seasons exceeded all expectations. The picturesque scenes of the ocean waves and the Palm Beach sunset provided the perfect canvas for capturing the beauty of the couple's special day. The attention to detail that the Four Seasons team exhibited was truly remarkable. Every corner of the venue was meticulously curated to create an atmosphere of sophistication and charm. The staff's professionalism and dedication to ensuring every moment was perfect were evident throughout the entire event. I must say that as a wedding photographer, having such a stunning location to work with made my job an absolute pleasure. The resulting photographs are a testament to the magic that the Four Seasons Hotel in Palm Beach adds to any occasion. I am grateful to have been a part of such an unforgettable wedding, and I highly recommend this venue to anyone seeking an extraordinary backdrop for their special day. Kudos to the Four Seasons Hotel in Palm Beach for creating an enchanting space that truly takes weddings to the next level.

Beautiful and quaint ... we never wanted to leave. Each day was a peaceful stroll to lunch at Seaway and a relaxing lounge around the pool. Complimentary gelato each afternoon was always a special treat. The beach was flawless and maneuvering around the hotel premises was a breeze. Each and every staff member was eager and willing to help. Finally, a special shoutout to Preston at the front desk who took extra special care of us during the stay - we will be back!

We are having a wonderful experience at the hotel! It started with Justin at the front desk upon check in. The computers were down but they didn’t allow that to interfere at all with getting to our room swiftly. When he walked us to our room we were concerned about a dog constantly barking right across the hall and before we said anything he already told us he’d go downstairs and move our room. Lucky for us we were upgraded and the ocean front rooms are just heavenly. We are able to see the sun sun rise in the morning from our bed. Service at every turn is just top notch. The staff is so wonderful from check in, to the spa, gift shop, pool, restaurants etc. We also love the fact that you can go right down to the beach in less than two minutes. All of the food we have had has also been of the highest quality. One note also to management that someone else said ia that updating the rugs and decor would just take this property to the next level. Thank you for an amazing weekend stay!

This year again!!! What a blast! This hotel has it all!!! The renovation was made with the charm and spirit of our beautiful Florida! Not a cold Miami white cold design but a rich sophisticated decor, warm and inviting!! All the people smile and greet the guest with a kind attitude. A real treat!!

We stayed here for 4 nights for our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, we spent a lot of time at the pool and the beach. The excellence of their service is hard to match, we felt really special during our stay. The staff was very friendly and kind. Will be back for sure!

Exceptional and just the kind of service you’d expect from a Four Seasons property. We dined at Seaway, the outdoor restaurant, and service was excellent. The food was also delectable. Plus, you get to look out at the ocean the entire time from your table. I will definitely return. One note to management: I’d like to see this resort be updated to match the feel of the Fort Lauderdale property, which looks much more modern and grand.

Went for breakfast this morning and what a treat! I sat outside looking at the pool and the ocean! So beautiful!!! Rena was my server, she was wonderful, friendly and professional. The food was amazing! I had fruit and the avocado toast!

Top notch across the board. Have stayed at many places and this was one of the best in terms of service by the staff. My wife and I had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to anyone. Every single staff member deserves a shout-out for excellence who was working 11/4/2023 to 11/9/2023. I can't remember all of the names but legit everyone deserves praise. We greatly appreciated being moved to a nicer room without asking. We also GREATLY appreciated the complimentary sun lotion and Aloe gel - that is amazing and please don't ever stop offering that to your guests. The house car driver, the bell hops, the front desk staff, the restaurant and bar staff, the housekeeping staff, the pool and beach servers, the folks who keep the gym cleaned, legit every single staff member went above and beyond. We will return and refer to everyone b/c of this. Thank you.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights, and could not have had a better experience. We extended one day because we did not want to leave! The hotel is the perfect size and conveniently located on the beach, so that everything is quick and easy to get to. The service was top notch, and every staff member went above and beyond. We experienced great service both poolside and beach side, being waited on constantly. Everything from moving our umbrellas for shade throughout the day, call service buttons left on the tables, and little added touches like cleaning our sunglasses and samples of drinks and snacks. We were honestly blown away everyday!! The poolside gelato cart was a special treat. Every meal was delicious and could be personalized however you wanted. The room was very spacious, bed was beyond comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. All the amenities were outstanding-- gym and spa area, complimentary car to take you nearby, and all of the housekeeping services were exceptional. We will 100% be coming back here!! Special shout out to Cristhiano in the bar, Nick and Phil at the front desk, Kevin at the pool/beach, the house car driver and all the bell men. Everyone was SO lovely!!

Our staycation at Palm Beach Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious atmosphere, impeccable service, and stunning beachfront location created a perfect retreat for our family. The spacious accommodations provided a comfortable and stylish escape, while the resort's amenities, from the pool to the dining options, exceeded our expectations. The staff's attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Palm Beach Four Seasons is a top-tier destination for those seeking a blend of relaxation and indulgence.

Sure, here's a general restaurant review: Title: A Memorable Dining Experience I recently had the pleasure of dining at [Restaurant Name], and it was nothing short of a delightful culinary journey. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the warm and inviting ambiance. The decor exuded a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy charm, creating a pleasant atmosphere for a memorable evening. The star of the show, of course, was the food. [Restaurant Name] offers a diverse menu that caters to a variety of tastes. I was particularly impressed by the freshness and quality of the ingredients used in each dish. The flavors were masterfully crafted, and every bite was a burst of culinary artistry. The presentation of the dishes was also top-notch, elevating the dining experience. The service at [Restaurant Name] was impeccable. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that all our needs were met. It's clear that the restaurant places a high value on customer satisfaction. In addition to the delectable food and outstanding service, the wine selection was impressive, offering a perfect complement to our meal. The dessert menu was the cherry on top, offering a sweet conclusion to an already fantastic evening. The only potential downside might be the price, as dining at [Restaurant Name] falls on the higher end. However, considering the overall experience, it's well worth the investment for a special occasion or a treat-yourself night. In conclusion, [Restaurant Name] is a gem in the culinary scene. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just craving an exceptional dining experience, this restaurant is a must-visit. The combination of exquisite food, impeccable service, and inviting ambiance makes it a true standout in the restaurant world. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable meal.

Recent visit on a Sunday for a day at the spa for my wife and I (not staying at hotel, just spa visit). After having a terrific 80 minute massage, pedicure and lunch - we went to the pool to relax afterwards. We were quickly greeted with staff informing us we had to leave as we did not have a pool pass? After spending $1000 at the spa we were welcome to spend an hour at the pool? Apparently for $150 up charge this is possible. This was never mentioned at booking. Additionally even if we had paid the $150 up charge …this particular date was a ‘blackout date’ so it would not have been permitted. Mind you we wanted to spend money on drinks and the place was fairly empty. Not very good way to treat customers…will go to another hotel in the future. Very disappointed as it ruined what should have been a relaxing afternoon.

Honestly very surprised. Haven't ate so bad in a long time. Just had dinner at the sea view. Choices in menus very poor. Calamari very hard, and soggy, truffle fries did not Tate like truffle at all. Hamburgers over cooked. They didn't even have correct container for the left over food 🤣. Last week ate at four seasons Miami, much better. This evening was a joke. Will highly not recommend.

I had such an amazing Day at the spa to celebrate my birthday. Ladies at spa desk were so welcoming. Cindy gave me an amazing deep tissue massage. Pedicure w Irina was excellent. And Bozan was so friendly and accommodating for lunch. Can’t wait to go back.

My family of four just left The Four Seasons of Palm Beach. We are beyond grateful for the experience! As each family member woke at home this morning, all they could talk about was our trip to Four Seasons. Never in a million years would I have known that luxury and that beautiful beach along with the nicest staff could be so close to home. We have traveled outside of the country to experience the clear crystal waters, delicious food and the most accommodating staff and the Palm Beach Four Seasons matched or surpassed them all. I had the opportunity to also visit the beautiful spa and get a massage by Laura. She was the best masseuse that I have found anywhere. If you are eating beachside, you must get their fresh guacamole and their Mahi tacos! Their cucumber margarita was also very refreshing! If you ever get a chance to visit Palm Beach, you must stay at the Four Seasons. Priceless experience and we can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful property but the service has been subpar compared to other Four Seasons we have stayed at. Service at the restaurant is slow. Toilet at the pool men's bathroom was clogged. Lobby womens bathroom was poorly serviced. Must not have the amount of personal. So far this has not been worth the expense. We recently stayed at the St Regis in Bal Harbour for a comparable price which didn't have any issues. This resort has potential to be as good as other Four Seasons but until then I would suggest looking elsewhere. I am member of the Fours Seasons Sports club in Dallas TX.

I have never been so disappointed in what I thought was going to be 5-star experience. The entire property is 80's retro. I knew we were in trouble with the corroded, old hardware on the front doors. Then we went inside. The entance is dark and uninspired. Spending $4500, we expected prompt service at check-in... we had to wait in line for almost 20 minutes. The "suite" was small. It wasn't even worth $800/night. The carpets are old, worn, and stained. The couch had a giant bleach stain on it. The USB ports in the bedroom were not working. The technology infrastructure is antiquated. Rarely could I send a text message without an error message. The one bar they have inside, doesn't open until 4. The room service menu is indeed pricy and limited. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Breakers. The Four Seasons needs to cut this place loose to save their reputation. A total waste of time and money.

West Palm Beach Four Seasons with the wife for her awards dinner. Breakfast for 2 in room dining will run about $110. Dinner for 2 will average $180. I've added pics of the room. My wife and I did couples massages compliments of her job. Stone and spa can't meet these standards. Sorry for not taking photos of the jacuzzi or menthol steamrooms. The robe was top notch with slippers that spoiled us. Coconut water or imported Italian spring water (also complimentary). We also had a cooking class with the head chef's protégé. Chef won Best in the world at some point, which explained why the food exceeded standards. Almost forgot to mention the complimentary shuttle service from 11am to 11pm anywhere on the island within 6 minutes of the Four Seasons (drop off and pickup) in a Mercedes GLS or Cadillac Escalade. Room service cleans your room no less than 2-3 times per day with bottled spring water so you're never thirsty (also complimentary).

Very nice hotel located on the beach. Good service and facilities as you would expect. The rooms were a good size wirh plenty if storage and space with the bathroom having both a shower and bath. The front desk and concierge staff couldn't do more for you which was nice to see. Overall if i was needed to be in the area again i would definitely go back.

A hidden oasis in lush Palm Beach! From bellman to turn down this property exceeded expectations. Lovely front desk staff. Gorgeous accommodations. Bedding amazing. Pool beach food spa has me looking at my calendar for another stay. Thank you especially to the Flories team for incredible service. This is hospitality at its best. Thank you.

The food was amazing!! Everything was delicious and the service was great! TY! Will def be back :) the service was unparalleled and lived up to four seasons standard. Wow! They made my birthday weekend so special and memorable. Thank you guys again truly! Had a wonderful time! Special recognition to Elder, Andres from front drive, Greg, and Joseph Villa! :)

We came to The Four Seasons, Palm Beach for Memorial Day Weekend and never want to leave. All details were excellent and the staff is so warm and welcoming. Dinner at Flories was delicious and the cocktails are incredible. The rose cocktail was my favorite! We loved spending each day laying by the pool and the service pool side doesn’t miss a beat. We had the chance to be driven to Worth Avenue by Chris Jones in the official FSPB Mercedes and he scored us wonderful dinner reservations. This resort really goes above and beyond to make you feel special and they want to make sure you love every moment. We can’t wait to come back.

There's something to be said about being here and it's not good. Terrific place to hide from the outside world. Adequate amenities are provided but it's still dated and worn out and it doesn't live up to the Four Seasons brand expectations. You'd be better off in a Hilton down the street.

I was there for a function and had dinner at Flories. This place was gorgeous. Clean and so well maintained. We were seated right away. Food was amazing. Our server was phenomenal. Excellent customer service. Breakfast the following morning was wonderful. Incredible ocean view. Staff were professional and pleasant. The resort was super relaxing, small and intimate. Time well spent. Would highly recommend.

It is a nice place. Nice enough to spend $1200 a night and be nicked and dimed as you go along, no. Very weird layout of a hotel. Good amenities and the food is outstanding. My room was small with the view of a utility building (I guess someone needs to stay in it). Staff was very friendly.

I love this hotel. It’s so special and unique. Gorgeous colors, amazing beach with impeccable service every time. The more we go the more it feels like home. Florie’s the restaurant is to die for. The food could not be better. The service and atmosphere is perfect whether u go with friends, family or for a celebration. Loved the beach side restaurant too!

Location is great but wow has the service gone down. I had a group of 10 and was forced to add tip to housekeeping and bellmen. At over $1300 a night you would think they pay their staff enough where tipping is an option for excellent service.
