This seems like a This seems like a very good office turn people away because they can’t afford the care. That tells me a lot about your doctors and how much they do not care about people and I will tell them right to their face. He couldn’t come out and tell me all that Dr. Urban cares about is money nothing else you’re an you’re a scumbag Dr. Urban All this office cares about is money. They do not care about nothing else but that explain my whole situation over 5 months past due on my medication and they won’t see me because I can’t pay my phone co-pay. After the girl at the desk just said they can bill me.

DO NOT GO to Gastro Health in Lake Worth. I tried to get through to the doctor regarding an adverse effect I was having to 2 meds she prescribed on a Friday. No one called me back so I called on Saturday hoping I would get the answering service and reach a doctor on call. There was no answering service. I called again on Monday and still got no return call. I tried to email Dr. Rene through the portal only to find out you can’t reach her through the portal. I have attempted to get my medical records sent to a new gastro, but to no avail. I emailed the main office and received a call from Janet Herrara, Manager who told me she would personally see to it that my records were sent, however this did not happen. You cannot reach anybody directly by phone. You can leave 100 messages and nobody will call you back. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever been to. I can’t believe the State Licensing Board has not shut them down.

Trying to get the appointment by phone is honestly a bit complicated. But going in person and scheduling the appointment was much easier. The doctor took enough time to explain to me everything that was happening with the medical results. He answered all my questions with kindness and clarity. When the other people gave me the prescription books for the medications, they again asked me if I had any questions. Before the day of the appointment and on the same day of the appointment they called me to remind me of the location and if I had what I needed to go.

I've found the staff are polite, professional and caring.I look forward to my visits with Dr. Michael Urban. He's professional , and cares about his pts health. He does all he can to help. Deborah

Dr. Shanmurgan asked questions and listened to my answers to work on a resolution to my issues. The office staff was great also. I find it very difficult to get doctor's offices to call you back. It was nice that they answered the phone and also called me back promptly when I left a message.

Dr.Rene was extremely thorough and I had a nice nap during the endoscopy. I have had this procedure numerous times over the last 40 years due to Barrett’s and this time was the most thorough exam.

Very disappointed! My mother was seen in this office 2 weeks ago. Her insurance company and I have called every day since to obtain a referral and we are still waiting for a response. I am going there at 8:30 am today. Let's see what they say for having an elderly wait 2 weeks for a referral. Unbelievable!

Horrible!!! I can't get in with a physician for months, I called to confirm my appt and I was told that it was not confirmed yet because the doctor can only see 9 patients a day, so they would have to let me know. I then scheduled a Tele doc, in which I received nothing, no email, text, phone call at the time of my appt. I have serious issues going on and I can't even get in to see anyone at this practice. They are not compassionate at all, and when I call to see if I can get in any sooner than a month, she says "no, ma'am, no ma'am. Look elsewhere!

Dee, the medical assistant with Dr.Rene’s team is AMAZING and it was my first visit at the Lake Worth office. She made me feel so welcomed and just had such a warm personality…felt right at home. Dr. Cathia Rene came in with a LARGE gorgeous smile and very through in explaining everything. She was gentle and took the time to listen to me. The process from check-in to checkout was amazing!
