Horrible experience to say the least.. the girls who work there have no idea what they're doing . you get what you pay for unfortunately. Extremely unprofessional don't answer calls, make appointments for them to lock the door then when you do get in for an appointment, I was mortified. The spray tan looked like a child did it, full of drips and streaks, had me standing in a pool of chemicals turned my feet completely orange smh never going back Best advice I can give is run. In reference to the reply that is completely fictitious even giving further validity to why I say run. Not only unprofessional but now after reading this farce laughable.. I bought a package of five.. went the 1st time and was unhappy tried once more and was locked out. I was 14 minutes late and I have all the text messages between myself and the attendant. I called and knocked to no avail. Trust me I'll never go back and I'd appreciate a refund for the package as I didn't use it obviously. Minus the one i did use im not asking for anything gratuitously just a refund for the ones i didnt..as you can see I review thousands of businesses and this is by FAR the WORST little hole in the wall.

I absolutely love coming here they now have some new packages for Christmas I bought my family some gift certificates. Great prices, extremely friendly, and helpful staff.

Called and made an appointment for 12/31/22. They scheduled me for 10am. When I arrived, their lights were off and doors locked. I called, but no one answered. I also emailed, to which I finally received a response. I was told that they had holiday hours of 11am to 4pm that day. I asked why an employee would schedule me for a time when they were not open to which the business responded “they must not have realized.” Who hires people that don’t know the businesses hours?! I also pointed out that there was no sign on their door reflecting their holiday hours. Long story short, this place does not respect the time of their prospective customers. Go somewhere else. REPLY TO BUSINESS Funny you NEVER mentioned me being incorrect about my appointment time and that was because YOUR EMPLOYEE SCHEDULED ME FOR A TIME YOU KNEW YOU WERE NOT GOING TO BE OPEN. The one star review is well deserved, not only did your employee schedule me for the wrong time when I called two days prior which means that you had time to get it right. You didn’t even have holiday hours posted on your door like a reputable business. Instead of complaining, get it together. Do better, be better.

The owner was so kind and welcoming! She's very informative and adds to the calming environment of the spa! I loved that the light facial treatments are so affordable and I plan on going back and getting the package for the blue light treatments! I have pretty bad allergies and anything to calm my skin is helpful!!

I have been to this spa several times and have always have had a fantastic experience with Microblading and permanent make-up. It is a clean and friendly environment. Bravo!

The seaweed wrap was so great for softening my skin! It felt like I was baby smooth again. It's definitely a treatment I'll be adding to my regular life. I wanna be baby smooth all the time!

The spray tans here are amazing. I’ve never had one done correctly before! The bronze came out amazing

I love the body scrubs. It removes dead skin cells, exfoliates, and leaves your skin, soft and hydrated while improving circulation. The seaweed wrap is also great to detoxify the body and replenish, vital nutrients, decrease the appearance of wrinkles and cellulite and moisturize. I especially love the Rodeo Drive and anti-aging facial treatments. The body contouring, cellulite Removal and stretch mark treatments are also excellent.

This was my first facial treatment and the bar was set high. I got the Rodeo Drive anti aging treatment. My aesthetician, Sheila did a fantastic job and was very personable and informative throughout my hour long service. Highly recommend.

Seems like they are just starting out. My personal experience wasn’t what I expected, it was ok. It was an oil body rub not a massage. Noisy, phone ringing continuously broke my rest mode. Very small facility, bathroom located within massage area. Staff was very friendly. I may give them another chance in the future.

Horrible experience! I had permanent eyeliner done before and my left eye had faded. I told Sheila I just wanted to make my left eye even with the right. I asked her to make the end thicker like a wedge. She joked about a cat eye. I said I just wanted it a little thicker but it should end like 2 lashes in. Well I got a broken wing about a half inch long at the end of my eyes. She used her finger to measure. Sheila used numbing creme but her machine kept jerking my eye. The lines are broken. One wing goes up the other down. I left there in shock, bruised, bloody, swollen and black and blue. I couldn't see anything until it was too late. I am ruined and I will have to live with this forever. I will never step foot in that place again. Sheila said it will take 2wks to heal and then she can touch it up. I don't want her touching me. She can't fix this disaster, no one can. Don't do it!
