18
months.
Regrettably,
we
have
now
exceeded
36
months
without
any
clear
communication
or
updates
regarding
the
extension
of
his
treatment
duration.
Three
months
ago,
I
inquired
about
the
expected
end
date
of
my
son's
treatment
during
an
appointment.
The
coordinator
mentioned
that
the
doctors
needed
to
review
and
update
the
situation,
and
that
I
would
receive
further
information
in
the
next
appointment.
However,
for
the
past
two
months,
the
response
has
been
the
same
-
that
the
update
will
be
provided
in
the
following
month.
This
repetitive
cycle
of
being
kept
in
the
dark
without
any
tangible
results
has
become
quite
frustrating
for
us.
I
kindly
request
that
the
person
in
charge
of
the
facility
takes
note
of
this
situation
and
ensures
that
better
communication
and
clearer
updates
are
provided
to
patients
and
their
families.
It
is
important
for
us
to
have
a
reliable
timeline
for
my
son's
treatment
and
to
be
informed
of
any
changes
or
delays
that
may
occur.
Once
again,
I
want
to
emphasize
that
we
have
had
a
positive
experience
with
your
facility
overall,
and
we
appreciate
the
exceptional
care
provided
by
Dr.
Jake,
Fabiana,
and
the
entire
staff.
However,
resolving
this
communication
issue
regarding
the
treatment
plan
is
crucial
for
our
peace
of
mind
and
trust
in
your
service.
