This is just ridiculous! The car line was long yesterday after 6pm. I got out the line to order in the restaurant only to be told the inside is close due to short of staff and only the drive thru is open,ok sure. It took us 28 minutes in the drive thru.. then when we finally got the order it's not correct. I mentioned the order was incorrect, the biscuit was hard, the fries dry and cold, the condiments were nasty and he stood there telling me this is how it's served, Sir I had this 3 days ago and this was not it, he continued to say this is how we have been serving the food. Ok,thank you have a great day.Now it's understandable the long wait due to shortage of staff, being rude is not acceptable. It not my fault they were short of staff and under pressure, again no need to display rudeness. I'm guessing this behavior is acceptable for customers. At the end of the day customers will have to endure and acceptable this sort of treatment, lol, humans..... what a shame ppl would tolerate.

Ordered the family feast, made it home to miniature pieces of chicken. They could've at least put some extra pieces in the box to make up for the small pieces.

On a Friday evening, you would think you would get hot fresh cooked chicken. I ordered the family pack 10 pieces 2 sides +. When I arrived home I found this box of dried out, stale chicken. All was supposed to be spicy. It was not. Only one drumstick. 6 wings for a family who does not eat wings. I tried to call the store of course no answer. I understand it’s Friday evening but you don’t give a customer food which was left setting under the heat lamps all day. The chicken was so dry you could choke on it. That’s what you get when you go through the drive thru. Ugh!!!

My favorite chicken place is way over priced for me to ever return. Ordered (2) #2 combos and asked for both to be breast and thigh; sides on both to be mashed potatoes and beans & rice; and both orders diet coke. Great news was order was correct but price was $27.02.….what the $***! No receipt with price so all I can say Is R.I.P Popeyes Chicken

Dining room closed a half hour early. Made me go hungry because I was walking.

I ordered through door dash. They did their job. Popeyes did not. I purchased 2 blackened chicken sandwiches. 1 had chz n bcn. I didn't get a chicken breast. I got 1 freaking tender torn in half on each! Very disappointing! You ruined my favorite sandwich.

The strawberry biscuit was 👍 When ordered 3 piece dark regular I didn't find out until I got to the window to pay that they only had spicy but received an apple pie for the inconvenience. The menu still has cajun rice as a side but they don't sell it anymore.
