Dr. Gross and his staff are very kind and approachable. You would not think to look twice at the building where they practice; but, the comfort and attention you get inside is absolutely top rate. I was born with a cleft lip and palate—as they examined the x-rays they took on my first visit, I felt like a total rock star. They had many questions and seemed genuinely interested in my dental history. Dr. Gross even guessed correctly at the name of my craniofacial surgeon (who performed my last operation almost 2 decades ago). That proves he is well acquainted with the medical community in DFW. It also gives me confidence that he will give me several years of superb dental care.

I just love Dr Gross and his whole staff! They are super sweet and always so friendly! They take extra care and are always making sure I am okay. I was always so fearful of the dentist. This has totally changed my opinion. I am a patient for life. Thanks to everyone in the office for your patience and kindness and professionalism. You really care and that makes a big difference.

The entire hygienist staff is very wonderful and comforting. Everybody in that building makes it easier to "have to go to the dentist". Dr. Gross definitely does not overcharge either like most of the chain dentistry practices that are more common. Very great experience.

I’m no longer a number with some guy trying to run my insurance into the high heavens. Dr Gross is honest and after the last guy that said I had 11 cavities when I only had 1 I went to get get a second opinion from him. He has great bedside manner. He is fairly priced. He gave me a new patient special I didn’t have a flyer for or know about. He makes you feel like family. The kind of dentist I remember from being a kid that the whole family went to. I now gave my family travel from Richardson to see him in Fort Worth. He will never steer you wrong.

My Wife, Karen, and I have been seeing Dr. Gross for several years. On occasions where we have had dental work, Dr. Gross and his staff have been outstanding. We really like is new assistant, Amanda. She is very competent. With Dr. Gross" concern for his patients it shows in that we have had NO Pain in any of his procedures. He is truly a master at precluding pain. And of course there is Monica. his office manager. She is always very pleasant, calls and reminds us of our appointments and gets the charges exactly right all the time. Doctor Gross and his staff are absolutely amazing. Very kind, friendly, and patient. I was always terrified of going to the dentist until I found their clinic. They do very thorough work and make sure you are comfortable during various kinds of work. They truly care about the wellbeing of their patients, not just for what's in their wallets. They go above and beyond in their work and I am truly grateful. 11/10 would recommend time and time again.

First time to have a cap replaced and I must say everything from the injection to the replacement went quite well. Everyone is wearing masks, promoting safety, helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend Dr. Gross and this office for your dental health care. PS: The hygienist is excellent too!
