Such a cute location and really good food! We got the chicken salad croissant and the pesto turkey sandwich, and both were delicious! Plus the meals come with a Greek salad and potato salad, plenty of food for a hearty lunch! The ginger peach tea was very refreshing! I wish we had tried this place sooner, we’ll definitely be back!

Came here on a recommendation and I’m glad I did! The Mayan Mocha is amazing. Warm & relaxing atmosphere, there are games for customers to use, this place displays artwork by local TCU students (also for purchase), and the service is friendly. I brought my 2 boys and they were made to feel welcome. There’s a nice selection of drinks and pastries. It’s priced the same as Starbucks, but I prefer that it’s locally owned. The service is a little slow, but I think that’s the case everywhere nowadays. I’ll definitely be back!

When I think, what would be my perfect local coffee spot? This place is EVERYTHING PLUS!!! Not only do they have frappes- they are possibly THE BEST IN TOWN! Reasonably priced? ✅ bagels? ✅ blueberry AND cinnamon was OFF THE CHAIN!!! toasted with cream cheese ✅ Locally owned- and operated by owner? ✅ even better!! He’s actually a kewl cat- and gave us 2 free drink cards our first visit! Never acted annoyed by the plethora of questions or pics I was taking- instead invited me to look around at the lounge area in back! Decor? On point! All art work is from a local artist PLUS they offer smaller prints, for us broke people too poor to drop 2k on some painted canvas! All around LOVE THIS PLACE! ps at night it turns into a lounge/ bar that offers live performances on Friday and Saturday!!! This place is so legit!!!

Cute and fun spot with live entertainment! Perfect for small or large groups. Wonderful menu and delicious wine options. We had so much fun testing the different wines to find our new favs! We will definitely be back.

I can not recommend the dirty matcha frappe enough. Lovely atmosphere and staff.

If you are looking for the perfect setting to lounge and read a good book and enjoy a delicious coffee and pastry this is the place ! This was me and my mother’s first time trying this place out and I can honestly say I’m very impressed! Thank you Mr.Brad for the hospitality today !

My coffee was so good. I got the spooky halloween drink, the espresso was so smooth and not bitter at all. Plus the inside is really beautiful and the man who took our order was so kind!

K, I don't do reviews usually but I'm feeling inspired (caffeinated) and I really LIKE this coffee shop. I've been here once before and the coffee was good then, but - There is a new owner as of this week. I have gone twice since he re-opened and had coffee there and it was well above average. The menu is really similar from the first time I went. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I got the new owner to surprise me both times. He ascertained whether I wanted iced or hot both times and whether I liked sweet or not and holy cow was that great coffee both times. The first time he did a white chocolate frappe type drink with a shot of espresso and it was so smooth. The second was an iced coffee and because it was evening and I didn't want quite as much caffeine (they have a lounge that serves beer and wine on Fridays) he did another white chocolate with a toasted marshmallow syrup and a coffee shot. Again, so smooth. I do like my coffee sweet but not too, too sweet and it was perfect. No bitter after-taste like you get at some places. I can tell this is going to be a new regular spot. The new owner said he's planning on adding some home-cooked pastries and other treats soon so I'm looking forward to trying those as he expands. This place just has a really good vibe. Lots of seating options in the front and back by the bar, too. My boyfriend's daughter was all chilled on the sofa with a drink and her switch and bf and I just liked the place. If I were still in school I'd bring my laptop and study there.

The new owner knows how to make a good frozen drink. Stopped by on Friday night to have a beer in the lounge in the back. Had a great time chatting with locals. Servers were friendly and on top of things. Not only a good morning coffee stop, but a great place to unwind after a long week.
