I can't tell you how helpful Melinda was. So efficient. It was the easiest, fastest moving process ever. I love my new home. I feel very comfortable and my grandson loves his new room. Update: I've been here for about 8 months now and report I'm still very pleased with the office staff! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Maintenance is quick to come out. I love the new security gate system we have here. My neighbors are friendly. Great place to live!

Lovely place but my vehicle been broken into 5x already I pay all this money for rent and the security at the place is poor make a living off the company I work for and they steal 1000 of dollar worth of tools need more camera for people stuff out here in the parking lot it's ridiculous

Our experience was great aside from the cleaning that was done. Don’t know if it is a company issue or person. I still had to do some cleaning and they were late which delayed us getting keys. Office staff is amazing! The office staff has been great. The only issue we had was with the cleaning company they use. Maintenance has been spot on and prompt! Our move in went well. Billy and Jeremiah on the maintenance team are fantastic!

I'm very happy here. The maintenance team here is fantastic. They came the very next day I sent a request. The ladies in the front office are so sweet. They respond quickly when I call and answer whatever questions and concerns I have. 5 stars!

I can't compliment the office and maintenance staff enough. Both of these groups work to ensure that Providence runs in an efficient, organized and very helpful manner. The office staff was very helpful and knowledgeable when I first moved into my apartment in April 2022. Since I was moving from Virginia and long distance moves can be really difficult, I greatly appreciated all they did to help smooth my move. They have continued to go beyond the ordinary to help me since I am disabled and things can get a little difficult. The maintenance staff is also amazing! Any problem I have, whether large or small, has been immediately taken care of. They are efficient and they know their stuff! They are also very polite and friendly when they have come to help me, and I appreciate it a lot!

I have contacted at least 75 properties while looking for a new home and honestly there were 3 that absolutely stood out for excellent customer service. The Providence was #1. They were courteous, professional but heartfelt also. Melinda went over and above helping me with questions and paperwork. Ebony is so sweet and yolanda also helped me feel comfortable and at home. The floor plans are homey and grounds looked clean n tidy each visit. Its nice to know that there are still are nice helpful people around.

Mrs. Melinda has been so helpful during the whole process. From filling out the application to getting approved. Especially being that I have/had a question everyday kmsl. Now we're just patiently waiting to move in. Which we are excited about. I would definitely recommend.
